偵破販毒案 拘本澳女子

本局透過與鄰近地區警方進行情報交流,得悉近期販毒份子取道港珠澳大橋偷運毒品,隨即加強截查經上述口岸入境之可疑人士。
2020年3月17日,本局人員於港珠澳大橋澳門口岸察覺到一名本澳女子神色慌張,即上前截查,在其身上搜出34.47克海洛因,再在其住所搜獲3.67克海洛因、0.73克“冰"毒,以及吸管、錫紙、剪刀和刀片等毒品吸食及分拆工具;全部毒品約值55,000澳門元。
涉案女子承認有吸毒習慣,並供稱於案發當天前往香港向一名毒販購買海洛因回澳自用。本局以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪,以及不適當持有器具或設備罪將涉案女子移交檢察院處理。
Drug trafficking case cracked with one Macao woman apprehended

Through intelligence exchange with the police of neighbouring region, the Judiciary Police learned that drug dealers have taken the route of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge to smuggle drugs recently. Interceptions of suspicious individuals entering Macao via the abovementioned checkpoint have been instantly enhanced.
On 17th March 2020, the personnel of the Judiciary Police noticed that a Macao woman appeared flustered at the Macao checkpoint of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and went over to intercept her immediately, with 34.47 grams of heroin seized on her and 3.67 grams of heroin, 0.73 grams of the drug “ice”, as well as tools for drug consumption and distribution such as straws, tinfoil, scissors and blades seized in her residence. All of the drugs were worth approximately MOP55,000.
The involved woman admitted having drug-taking habit and confessed that she had been to Hong Kong to buy heroin from a drug dealer for personal consumption in Macao on the day when the case took place. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved woman to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and improper possession of utensils or equipment.
