內地男涉搶劫被捕
2019年11月20日，本局接獲治安警察局轉介的一宗搶劫案，案中女事主從事酒店客房租賃中介，其得悉一名男子聲稱有房間可轉讓，於是約同該名男子洽談，兩人一同到達新口岸區某酒店房間後，該男子突然從後抱實事主，另一名在房內埋伏的男子趨前掌摑事主及將其按在地上並綑綁其雙手，兩人搶去其手袋後逃離現場，事主自行鬆綁後向酒店保安員求助及報警，報稱損失現金及手機等財物，約值16萬澳門元。
本局深入調查後鎖定兩名涉案男子，並查明兩人已逃離本澳。直至2020年3月16日，其中一名涉案內地男子經關閘口岸入境本澳，本局在治安警察局協助下將其截獲；其承認當日在案發現場，但否認搶劫；然而本局根據調查所得證據，顯示涉案男子實施犯罪，故以搶劫罪將其移送檢察院偵辦，並追查其餘涉案人士。
Mainland Chinese man arrested for robbery
The Judiciary Police received a case from the Public Security Police Force on 20th November 2019. When the female victim, working as a hotel reservation agent, learnt that a man was allegedly leasing some rooms, she arranged a meeting with him. After they entered a hotel room in ZAPE, the man suddenly held her tight from the back. Another man, who had been in ambush, approached the victim and slapped her, before pushing her over and strapping her hands. The men grabbed her handbag before fleeing the scene. Having untied herself, the victim sought help from the hotel security guard and reported to the police. She reported a loss of belongings that included cash, mobile phone, etc., worth around MOP 160,000.
Upon in-depth investigation, the Judiciary Police identified the two involved men, found to have fled Macao. The Judiciary Police intercepted one of the involved men, with the assistance of the Public Security Police Force, when he entered Macao via Portas do Cerco on 16th March 2020. He admitted his presence at the scene on that day but denied his involvement in robbery. Based on investigative evidence that proved his perpetration, however, the Judiciary Police transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of robbery, while tracing the other involved person.
Detido um homem da China continental por roubo
No dia 20 de Novembro de 2019, a PJ recebeu um caso de roubo transferido pelo CPSP, no qual se dizia que uma mulher, mediadora de arrendamento de quartos de hotel, teve um encontro com um homem que lhe disse ter alguns quartos para alugar. Depois de os dois terem chegado a um quarto de hotel do ZAPE, o homem, de repente, abraçou-a por trás, e naquela altura, um outro homem que tinha escondido no quarto apareceu e esbofeteou-a, bem como imobilizou-a no chão e atou as suas mãos. Os dois homens roubaram-lhe a mala e fugiram. Depois de ter conseguido libertar-se das cordas, a vítima foi pedir ajuda à segurança do hotel e chamou a polícia. O prejuízo alegado foi dinheiro e telemóvel, num valor de cerca de 160.000 patacas.
Na investigação, foram identificados os dois indivíduos e verificou-se que já não estavam em Macau. No dia 16 de Março de 2020, um dos suspeitos, da China continental, foi detido com a colaboração do CPSP ao entrar em Macau pelas Portas do Cerco. Este admitiu que estava no local da ocorrência naquele dia, mas negou o crime. De acordo com as provas obtidas, o detido estaria envolvido neste caso, portanto, foi presente ao MP por roubo. A PJ continua a procurar o seu cúmplice.
