本澳男子涉詐騙被捕
2020年2月28日，本局接獲兩名市民報稱於2月初在網上平台向用戶“艾克”購買口罩，並透過電子錢包及銀行轉帳方式預付4,820澳門元貨款，但最終未能收到口罩或取回退款，後來更無法聯絡涉案人，懷疑被騙。本局接案後高度重視，隨即展開調查。
同日，本局接獲治安警察局通知一名男子企圖自殺並送院治療，遂派員到場調查，根據該名男子的供述及調查所得，證實其為本案涉案人，其因失業而化名“艾克”在網上訛稱代購韓國製高級別成人口罩及兒童口罩，於2月內詐騙27人合共25,000澳門元；其知悉本局近日偵破同類騙案，故畏罪自殺，惟最終不敢自殺而報警求助。涉案男子於2月28日出院，本局派員到其住所將其拘捕。
本局根據所掌握線索再聯絡上另外三名事主，三人均報稱被“艾克”以同類手法詐騙合共2,760澳門元。本局以以詐騙為生活方式的加重詐騙罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Local man apprehended for fraud
On 28th February 2020, the Judiciary Police received reports from 2 residents, claiming that they had purchased masks from a user named “艾克” on online platform in early February and had paid MOP4,820 in advance via e-purse and bank transfer. However, no mask or refund has yet been received in the end, and they even lost contact with the involved person later, thus suspecting that they had been defrauded. After receiving the reports, the Judiciary Police attached the utmost weight to them and immediately launched investigation.
On the same day, the Judiciary Police was notified by the Public Security Police Force that a man had attempted to commit suicide and was sent to the hospital for treatment, officers were thus deployed to the scene for investigation. Based on the statement of the man and the results of investigation, he was confirmed to be the involved person of this case. Due to his unemployment, he had used a pseudonym “艾克” to falsely claim online that procurement of high-level masks for adults and children made in Korea could be offered and had defrauded 27 individuals of a total amount of MOP25,000 within February. Having learned that fraud cases of similar nature had been cracked by the Judiciary Police in recent days, he thus contemplated suicide to escape punishment. However, he dared not do so in the end and called the police for assistance. The involved man was discharged from hospital on February 28th, the Judiciary Police sent officers to his residence to arrest him.
Based on the clues in hand, the Judiciary Police contacted another 3 victims, all of whom reported to have been defrauded of a total of MOP2,760 with similar modus operandi by “艾克”. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of aggravated fraud (making a living out of fraud).

Em 28 de Fevereiro de 2020, houve dois residentes que fizeram denúncias na PJ dizendo que, no início de Fevereiro, tinham feito a aquisição de máscaras cirúrgicas, com um utilizador chamado “Ai Hak” numa plataforma online, tinham também pago 4.820 patacas por meio de carteira electrónica e de transferência bancária, porém, no fim, não receberam as máscaras ou o dinheiro de volta, nem conseguiram contactar este utilizador, acharam assim que foram enganados. A PJ deu muita atenção a este caso e começou imediatamente a investigação.
No mesmo dia, a PJ recebeu uma comunicação do CPSP indicando que um homem tentou suicidar-se mas não conseguiu, foi assim transferido para o hospital. A PJ enviou pessoal ao local para investigar o caso. De acordo com as informações fornecidas por este homem e as recolhidas na investigação, confirmou-se que ele era o suspeito do caso de venda de máscaras acima referida, por causa de ter perdido o seu trabalho, utilizou o pseudónimo de “Ai Hak” na plataforma alegando que podia ajudar a comprar máscaras de alta qualidade, fabricadas na Coreia do Sul, para o uso em adultos e em crianças, assim conseguiu burlar, no mês de Fevereiro, 27 pessoas, por um total de 25.000 patacas. Tendo sabido que a PJ, nos últimos dias, tinha resolvido alguns casos deste género, teve medo e tentou suicidar-se, não teve coragem suficiente assim por fim chamou a polícia. Teve alta no dia 28 de Fevereiro, e a PJ enviou pessoal ao seu domicílio para detê-lo.
Em conformidade com as pistas conseguidas, a PJ contactou outras três vítimas, estas disseram que também tinham sido burladas pelo utilizador chamado “Ai Hak”, que usou o mesmo sistema para efectuar a burla, nestes casos o valor total foi de 2.760 patacas. O detido foi presente ao MP por burla qualificada por fazer da burla modo de vida.
