偵破綁架案 拘四名本澳男子
2020年2月10日凌晨，一名女子向本局報稱遭到綁架，並懷疑一名男性友人參與作案。女事主稱與該名男友人晚膳後行經筷子基區某街道時，一輛汽車突然駛至，兩名男子下車將女事主強擄上車後離去；女事主在車內遭蒙眼及綑綁，其後得悉該名男友人與綁匪議定繳付300萬澳門元贖金，未幾女事主被棄置在氹仔七潭公路附近，她自行鬆綁後到某屋苑管理處致電丈夫求救，此時男友人突然出現，聲稱已向綁匪交付贖金，又游說女事主不要報警。女事主丈夫隨後趕至接走女事主，二人商量後決定報警。
本局調查後發現涉案車輛被套上假車牌，又證實該名男友人參與綁架，旋於同日將全部四名涉案男子截獲。該名男友人承認給予三名涉案男子各20萬澳門元來綁架女事主，藉此製造營救假象而令女事主產生傾慕；但本局根據調查所得，有跡象顯示本案涉及詐騙，故以綁架、加重詐騙及偽造技術註記等三罪將四名涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Four local men arrested in the crackdown of a kidnapping case
A woman reported to the Judiciary Police during the wee hours of 10th February 2020 that she had been kidnapped. A male friend, suspected to be one of the perpetrators, had allegedly dined with the victim, before they walked past a street in Fai Chi Kei district, where two men jumped out of an abruptly pulled over car and abducted her into the car and fled. The victim was blindfolded and tied up in the car. She later realized that the friend had agreed to pay the kidnappers a ransom of MOP 3 million. Being abandoned near Estrada de Sete Tanques, Taipa shortly after, she untied herself and went to the management office of an estate to call her husband for help. Meanwhile, her friend suddenly showed up, claiming that he had paid the ransom to the kidnappers while dissuading her from reporting to the police. The victim’s husband subsequently rushed to pick up the victim. Upon discussion, the couple decided to file a police report.
Investigation revealed that a fake licence plate had been put on the involved vehicle and confirmed the male friend’s involvement in the kidnap. All four involved men were promptly intercepted on the same day. The friend admitted to have paid each of the three involved men MOP 200,000 to kidnap the victim, staging a false rescue to make her fall for him. However, based on investigation results that yielded indications of fraud, the Judiciary Police transferred the four involved men to the Public Prosecutions Office for the three charges of kidnapping, aggravated fraud and falsification of technical notation.

Na madrugada de 10 de Fevereiro de 2020, uma mulher fez queixa na PJ dizendo ter sido vítima de um rapto, desconfiando de que um seu amigo pudesse estar envolvido nesse caso. A mulher disse que depois de um jantar com um amigo passaram por uma rua do Fai Chi Kei, onde um carro aproximou-se de repente, desse carro desceram dois homens e puxaram à força a mulher para o carro e deixaram o local. Puseram uma máscara para tapar os olhos da mulher que foi atada, passado pouco tempo, a mulher deu conhecimento de que o referido amigo tinha negociado com os raptores e prometido pagar 3 milhões de patacas para o resgate dela. Em seguida, a mulher foi abandonada num sítio perto da Estrada de Sete Tanques, da Taipa, soltou-se sozinha e conseguiu entrar num prédio onde ligou para seu marido, nessa altura apareceu o amigo dizendo que já tinha pago o resgate aos raptores convencendo-a a não chamar a polícia. Quando o marido dela chegou, negociaram e decidiram pedir intervenção da polícia.
Durante a investigação, apurou-se que a matrícula colocada no carro envolvido era falsa e confirmou-se o envolvimento do indivíduo no caso, o qual, juntamente com os três cúmplices, foi detido no mesmo dia. O homem admitiu ter pago 200.000 patacas a cada parceiro, dizendo que montou a cena de salvamento para que a amiga gostasse dele, mas, na investigação, houve indícios de cometimento de uma burla, por isso os quatro foram presentes ao MP acusados de rapto, burla qualificada e falsificação de notação técnica.
