內地女子涉加重殺人被拘
2020年1月19日，本局接獲消防局通知慕拉士大馬路一住宅單位發生一宗持刀行兇案件，有三人受傷，其中一名傷者已無呼吸心跳，而治安警察局人員於現場制伏一名涉嫌行兇女子。
本局隨即趕赴現場調查。經瞭解，涉案女子與發案單位男戶主曾為情侶，現為朋友關係。案發當日，涉案女子經關閘口岸入境後到黑沙環某超級市場購買一柄利刀、一瓶辣椒粉及兩瓶白酒，並前往案發單位欲找男戶主，當其知悉男戶主不在家，即取出利刀襲擊戶主兒子，戶主妻子為保護兒子而身中多刀倒地，之後戶主母親亦遭襲擊，混亂間戶主女兒逃出單位到大廈管理處求救，治安警察局人員迅速到場將涉案女子控制，並即時將傷者送往醫院救治。男戶主的妻子最終搶救無效身亡，其母傷勢危及生命，其子則臉、胸及肩部受傷。
涉案女子承認作案。本局以加重殺人罪、加重殺人罪(未遂)、禁用武器及爆炸性物質罪將涉案女子移送檢察院處理。
Mainland woman arrested for aggravated murder
On 19 January 2020, the Judiciary Police was informed by the Fire Services Bureau that a murder case with knife took place in a residential unit on Avenida de Venceslau de Morais. Three persons were wounded, one of them with no breathing and heartbeat, and the Public Security Police officers subdued a suspected female assailant at the scene.
The Judiciary Police rushed to the scene immediately to carry out investigation. It was understood that the involved woman and the male householder of the involved apartment unit were lovers, and are now friends. On the day of the incident, the involved woman bought a sharp knife, a bottle of pepper powder and two bottles of white wine from a supermarket in Areia Preta after she entered Macao via the Border Gate, and went to the involved apartment in the hope of looking for the male householder. When she found out that the male householder was not at home, she attacked the householder’s son with the sharp knife. The householder’s wife, trying to protect her son, suffered multiple knife wounds and collapsed on the floor. Subsequently, the householder’s mother was also attacked. In the commotion, the householder’s daughter managed to escape the apartment to seek help from the building management office. The Public Security Police officers swiftly arrived at the scene to rein in the involved woman and sent the injured persons to the hospital for treatment. The wife of the male householder died eventually despite urgent resuscitative efforts, while his mother’s condition was life threatening. His son also suffered wounds to the face, chest and shoulder.
The involved woman admitted to have committed the crime. The Judiciary Police transferred her to the Public Prosecutions Office with the offences of aggravated murder, aggravated murder (attempted), prohibited weapons and explosive substances.

Em 19 de Janeiro de 2020, a Polícia Judiciária recebeu uma comunicação do Corpo de Bombeiro sobre um caso de homicídio a facada ocorrido num apartamento na Avenida de Venceslau de Morais, que provocou três feridos, um deles estava sem respiração nem batimentos cardíacos. No local da ocorrência, o pessoal do CPSP conseguiu controlar uma mulher suspeita da prática do crime.
Os nossos agentes deslocaram-se ao local do crime e apuraram que a suspeita e o dono do apartamento foram namorados e agora eram amigos. No dia do sucedido, a agressora comprou, num supermercado da Areia Preta, uma faca, um frasco de pimenta e duas garrafas de vinho branco depois de ter entrado em Macau pelas Portas dos Cerco, e de seguida foi buscar o homem no referido apartamento. Quando soube que ele não estava em casa, sacou a faca para atacar o filho dele. Para proteger o menino, a sua mãe foi atingida com várias facadas e caiu no chão, assim como, a mãe do ex-namorado foi igualmente agredida. No caos, a filha do dono de casa foi à sala do guarda do edifício para pedir ajuda. Os agentes do CPSP chegaram rapidamente ao local para controlar a agressora e levar os feridos ao hospital. A esposa do proprietário acabou por falecer após ter recebido o tratamento de urgência, a mãe do mesmo encontra-se em perigo de vida, e o filho deste sofreu ferimentos na cara, peito e ombros.
A suspeita confessou o crime e foi presente ao Ministério Público por homicídio qualificado, tentativa de homicídio qualificado e detenção de armas proibidas.
