“冬防行動2020”——打擊非法旅館
在警察總局統籌下，本局於2020年1月15日派出16名刑事偵查員前往皇朝區執行“冬防行動2020”，以持續淨化社區治安。
行動中在一個用作經營非法旅館的單位將六名內地人（四男兩女）帶返警局作進一步調查及身份認別程序，發現其中一名男子逾期逗留，隨即將之移送治安警察局出入境管制廳處理；其餘人士則准予離開。本局同時將相關非法旅館個案轉介旅遊局跟進。
“Winter Precaution Operation 2020” – Combating illegal hostels
Under the coordination of Unitary Police Service, the Judiciary Police deployed 16 criminal investigators to NAPE in the “Winter Precaution Operation 2020” on 15th January 2020 to enhance safety in the community.
In the operation, six mainland Chinese (four men and two women) discovered in an apartment used for operating an illegal hostel were taken in for further investigation and identification procedure. One of the men, found to have overstayed, was subsequently transferred to Border Control Department of the Public Security Police Force, while the other persons were permitted to leave. Meanwhile, the Judiciary Police referred the case of illegal hostel to Macao Government Tourism Office for follow-up action.
Operação Invernal 2020 – Combate às pensões ilegais
Em coordenação com os SPU, em 15 de Janeiro de 2020, foram enviados no NAPE 16 investigadores da PJ no âmbito da “Operação Invernal 2020”, com o intuito de melhorar a segurança.
Na acção, foram encontradas 6 pessoas da China continental (4 homens e 2 mulheres) num apartamento que servia de pensão ilegal, após concluída a investigação e identificação, descobriu-se que daqueles, um homem tinha o visto caducado e assim foi encaminhado ao Departamento de Controlo Fronteiriço do CPSP, os restantes indivíduos foram deixados sair. Ao mesmo tempo, a PJ transferiu este caso para a Direcção dos Serviços de Turismo.
