澳珠警方聯手瓦解協助偷渡集團 共拘11人
本局早前與珠海市公安局交流情報，得悉一個協助偷渡犯罪集團於2020年1月7日凌晨協助他人偷渡進出本澳，遂聯手進行圍捕；本局同時透過“反偷渡工作小組”通報澳門海關並採取聯合部署行動。
行動期間，本局發現上述犯罪集團一名成員接應一男三女在友誼大馬路對面岸邊登上一艘快艇，準備非法離境，該艇同時接載兩名偷渡客登岸，本局人員見時機成熟，立即聯同澳門海關採取行動，本局在岸邊截獲一名集團成員及兩名偷渡客，澳門海關則在海上追截涉案快艇，成功迫使快艇駛回友誼大馬路靠岸，船上兩名集團成員及四名偷渡客隨即棄船逃走，均被本局人員逮獲；珠海市公安局亦同步採取行動，在內地拘捕兩名犯罪集團成員。
據查，該犯罪集團運作約一個月，每次協助偷渡收取每人一萬至二萬元人民幣不等。本局對在本澳被捕的三名集團骨幹成員控以犯罪集團、協助、收留等三罪，並連同六名非法入境者一併移送檢察院偵辦。
Macao and Zhuhai Police jointly dismantled syndicate assisting in illegal immigration, arresting 11 persons
Earlier on, the Judiciary Police exchanged intelligence with the Zhuhai Municipal Public Security Bureau, learning that a criminal syndicate assisting in illegal immigration would help others to enter and exit Macao illegally during the wee hours on 7th January 2020, thus joint apprehension was conducted. Meanwhile, the Judiciary Police informed the Macao Customs Service via the “Anti-illegal Immigration Working Group” and launched joint deployment operation.
During the operation, the Judiciary Police found that a member of the abovementioned criminal syndicate coordinated 1 man and 3 women to board a speedboat at the coast across Avenida da Amizade, getting ready for departure. Meanwhile, the speedboat also transported 2 illegal immigrants to get ashore. Seeing the opportune moment, the personnel of the Judiciary Police immediately took action together with the Macao Customs Service. The Judiciary police intercepted a syndicate member and 2 illegal immigrants by the shore while the Macao Customs Service conducted a maritime pursuit of the involved speedboat, which successfully forced the speedboat to return to the waterfront of Avenida da Amizade. The 2 syndicate members and 4 illegal immigrants aboard immediately abandoned the boat and fled, yet all of whom were captured by the personnel of the Judiciary Police. The Zhuhai Municipal Public Security Bureau also launched action simultaneously, apprehending 2 members of the criminal syndicate in the Mainland.
Based on investigation, the criminal syndicate has operated for approximately one month, charging RMB10,000 to 20,000 per head for assisting in illegal immigration each time. The Judiciary Police charged the 3 core members of the syndicate apprehended in Macao with 3 offences of criminal syndicate, assisting, providing shelter; and transferred them together with the 6 illegal immigrants to the Public Prosecutions Office for handling.

Através da troca de informações com a Directoria Municipal da Polícia de Segurança Pública de Zhuhai, fomos informados de que uma rede criminosa estaria a ajudar pessoas a entrarem no território na madrugada do dia 7 passado, assim as duas autoridades entraram em acção, entretanto, a PJ por meio do “Grupo de Trabalho de Combate à Imigração Ilegal”, comunicou o facto aos Serviços de Alfândega para uma operação conjunta.
No âmbito da operação, apuramos que um elemento daquela rede estava a ajudar um homem e três mulheres a embarcar numa lancha rápida, prestes a saírem ilegalmente do território junto à zona costeira da Avenida da Amizade, por outro lado, o mesmo meio de transporte aquático tinha desembarcado outros dois imigrantes ilegais. Chegado o momento mais próprio, os nossos agentes com os agentes alfandegários entraram em acção. Foram interceptados um elemento da rede e dois imigrantes ilegais, enquanto que os S.A. perseguiam a lancha em causa e conseguiram obrigar os ocupantes a encostar. Na embarcação dois elementos e quatro imigrantes ilegais puseram-se em fuga, porém todos foram detidos pelos nossos agentes. Ao mesmo tempo, a Directoria Municipal de Polícia de Segurança Pública de Zhuhai entrou simultaneamente em acção que culminou com a detenção de dois elementos no continente.
Apurou-se que aquela rede estava a funcionar há cerca de um mês e cobrava entre 10 e 20.000 yuans por imigrante ilegal. Os três elementos principais detidos em Macau, acusados de associação criminosa, auxílio à imigração ilegal e acolhimento e os seis imigrantes ilegais foram todos presentes ao MP.
