“冬防行動2020”——打擊非法旅館
本局在警察總局統籌下於2020年1月7日前往皇朝區進行“冬防行動2020”，以打擊區內非法旅館。
行動中在一個用作經營非法旅館的單位查獲六名內地人（四男二女），經調查及進行身份認別程序後，發現其中一名男子處於禁止入境狀態，故本局以非法再入境罪將之移送檢察院處理，其餘五人則准予離開。本局同時將相關非法旅館個案轉介旅遊局跟進。
Winter Precaution Operation 2020” – Combating illegal hostels
The Judiciary Police, under the coordination of the Unitary Police Service, carried out “Winter Precaution Operation 2020” in the NAPE district on 7th January 2020 to combat against the illegal hostels in the community.
During the operation, six mainlanders (four men and two women) were seized in an apartment operating as an illegal hostel. After investigation and identity verification procedures, it was revealed that one of the men was in the state of being prohibited from entry. As such, the Judiciary Police transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of illegal re-entry, while the remaining five individuals were allowed to leave. Meanwhile, the Judiciary Police referred the related case of illegal hostel to the Macao Government Tourism Office for follow-up.
Operação Invernal 2020 – Combate às pensões ilegais
Com a coordenação dos SPU, no dia 7 de Janeiro de 2020, a PJ efectuou rusgas no âmbito da “Operação Invernal 2020” no NAPE, com vista a combater as pensões ilegais naquela zona.
Nesta acção, foram identificados 6 indivíduos da China continental (4 homens e 2 mulheres) num apartamento usado como pensão ilegal. Após concluída a identificação, verificou-se que um dos homens estava proibido de entrar em Macau, assim, este foi presente ao MP por reentrada ilegal, enquanto que os restantes 5 indivíduos foram deixados sair. Ao mesmo tempo, a PJ transferiu este caso para a Direcção dos Serviços de Turismo.
