搗破非法旅館 拘捕涉入屋盜竊及收留之嫌犯
本局早前接獲舉報，指有非法入境者匿藏於皇朝區某大廈單位，經調查後於2020年1月6日採取行動，在該單位查獲五名內地男女，其中兩男一女為非法入境者，又發現其中一名內地女子承租單位後收留上述非法入境者。
本局經核查資料，證實其中一名非法入境男子涉及2019年4月6日一宗入屋盜竊案，其伙同另一名內地男子撬毀筷子基區某高層單位大門和鐵閘，掠去總值約29萬澳門元的財物，隨即到關閘區某兌換店變賣盜竊所得的紀念鈔票及逃離本澳；其承認犯案，並供稱是次偷渡來澳企圖再次作案。
本局分別對兩名涉案內地男女控以加重盜竊罪及收留（非法入境）罪，並連同其餘人士一併移送檢察院偵辦，又追緝入屋盜竊案的在逃男子。
Illegal hostel busted with suspects of burglary and sheltering arrested
The Judiciary Police received a report earlier, indicating that illegal immigrants were hiding in a building unit in the NAPE district. After investigation, action was taken on 6th January 2020, with 5 mainlanders being ferreted out from the unit. Among them, 2 men and 1 woman were illegal immigrants while another mainland woman was found to have sheltered the abovementioned illegal immigrants after renting the unit.
After checking of record, one of the illegal immigrants was confirmed to have involved in a case of burglary happened on 6th April 2019. He had conspired with another mainland man to pry open the main door and metal gate of a flat in a high-rise building in the Fai Chi Kei district, looting properties worth around MOP 290,000. The duo fled Macao immediately after selling the stolen commemorative banknotes at a money exchange in the Border Gate district. The arrestee admitted to have committed the crime and confessed that he had illegally entered Macao this time in the attempt to commit the crime again.
The Judiciary Police transferred the involved mainland man and woman together with the others to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of aggravated theft and providing shelter (illegal immigration) respectively while continuing to pursue the absconded man involved in the case of burglary.
Desmantelamento de uma pensão ilegal, detidos suspeitos de furto em residência e acolhimento
A PJ recebeu informações indicando que estavam escondidos imigrantes ilegais num apartamento dum prédio sito no NAPE, após investigações, os agentes entraram em acção em 6 de Janeiro de 2020, foram encontradas cinco pessoas da RPC, dos quais dois homens e uma mulher são imigrantes ilegais, apurou-se que uma outra mulher alugou o tal apartamento para acolher os imigrantes ilegais referidos.
A PJ verificou que um dos imigrantes ilegais estava envolvido num furto em residência ocorrido em 6 de Abril de 2019. Ele, em conluio com um outro homem, também da RPC, arrombaram a porta de ferro de um apartamento num andar alto, sito no Bairro Fai Chi Kei, e furtaram bens num valor que ronda as 290.000 patacas, venderam logo as notas zodiacais furtadas numa casa de câmbio na zona das Portas do Cerco e deixaram Macau. Ele confessou o crime e disse que pretendia continuar a sua prática por isso entrou em Macau clandestinamente.
Os dois detidos foram presentes ao MP por furto qualificado e acolhimento (em situação de imigração ilegal), a PJ continua à procura do cúmplice do furto em residência.
