內地男子盜竊珠寶店被捕
2019年10月22日，本局接獲治安警察局通知，新橋區某珠寶店發生加重盜竊案。經調查得悉，涉案內地男子於案發前一天到該珠寶店選定三件鑽飾，並請店東將貨品保留一天才進行交易；案發當天，涉案男子到珠寶店結帳，期間再挑選一件玉器首飾及要求店東提供購物袋，趁機盜取三件鑽飾後逃去。店東經點算發現損失約5.9萬澳門元。
本局迅速查悉涉案男子於案發後逃離本澳，並於2020年1月3日其再次入境時在治安警察局協助下將之截獲。涉案男子供稱應朋友要求來澳代購鑽飾，因一時貪念而犯案；有關鑽飾已交給朋友，並收取對方逾兩萬元人民幣。本局以加重盜竊罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland man arrested for theft in jewellery shop
On 22nd October 2019, the Judiciary Police was notified by the Public Security Police Force that an aggravated theft had occurred in a jewellery shop located at San Kio district. Investigation revealed that the involved mainland man was at the shop one day before the incident, and had chosen three pieces of diamond jewellery, as well as requesting the shop owner to hold the merchandise for one day before conducting the transaction. On the day of the incident, the involved man arrived at the shop for payment, during which he chose another piece of jade jewellery and asked for a shopping bag from the shop owner. Seizing his chance, the involved man grabbed the three pieces of diamond jewellery and fled. The shop owner reported a loss of approximately MOP59,000 after checking.
The Judiciary Police speedily found out that the involved man had fled Macao after the perpetration, and intercepted him under the assistance of the Public Security Police Force when he re-entered Macao on 3rd January 2020. The involved man confessed that he came to Macao to purchase diamond jewellery as per the request of his friend, yet he committed the crime out of momentary greed. The relevant diamond jewellery had already been passed to his friend, in exchange for over RMB20,000. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office with the offence of aggravated theft.
Detido homem do continente por furto em joalharia
Em 22 de Outubro de 2019, a PJ foi informada pelo CPSP de um caso de furto qualificado ocorrido numa joalharia no Bairro San Kio. Na sequência da investigação, descobriu-se que um suspeito oriundo do continente tinha-se deslocado à referida joalharia, no dia anterior à ocorrência do crime, para a escolha de três jóias de diamante e pediu ao dono desta joalharia para as guardar por um dia e não as comprou de imediato. Assim, passando um dia, o suspeito deslocou-se novamente à loja para efectuar o pagamento, escolheu mais uma jóia de jade e pediu um saco de embrulho, ao mesmo tempo, aproveitou a ocasião e furtou três jóias de diamante e fugiu. Após a verificação, o dono contou que sofreu um prejuízo de 59.000 patacas.
A PJ conseguiu descobrir com rapidez que o suspeito fugiu de Macau após ter cometido o crime.Com a ajuda do CPSP, em 3 de Janeiro de 2020, o suspeito foi detido aquando da sua entrada em Macau. O homem confessou o crime cometido e justificou-o com a ganância que surgiu quando um seu amigo pediu-lhe para vir a Macau e comprar umas jóias de diamante, confessando também que as jóias em questão já tinham sido entregues ao amigo tendo recebido 20.000 RMB. O detido foi presente ao MP por furto qualificado.
