男子涉性侵落網
本局於2019年12月27日接獲治安警察局移交一宗發生於新口岸區某酒店房間的強姦案件。
經調查，女事主與涉案人為情侶關係，兩人於本年12月24日來澳旅遊，並入住上述酒店房間。12月26日晚上，涉案人與女事主用膳後回房間休息時毆打女事主，並粗暴地強行與之發生性行為，完事後，女事主逃離房間向同樓層的住客求助及報警。
本局人員接報展開調查，涉案人否認作案。但根據酒店錄像及法醫意見，顯示涉案男子曾經犯案，遂對其控以普通傷害身體完整性罪及強姦罪，並移送檢察院處理。
Man arrested for sexual assault
The Judiciary Police received a case of rape that took place in a hotel room in ZAPE from the Public Security Police Force on 27th December 2019.
Investigation revealed that the female victim and the involved person were a dating couple who visited Macao and checked into the aforesaid hotel room on December 24th this year. On the night of December 26th, when the couple returned to their room to rest after dining, the involved person assaulted the victim before forcibly coercing the victim into sexual intercourse with him. The victim fled the room afterwards, seeking for help from guests on the same floor and reporting to the police.
The Judiciary Police launched investigation promptly. Despite the involved person’s denial of perpetration, surveillance camera footages of the hotel and the medical examiner’s opinion affirmed otherwise. He was thus transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charges of common assault causing harm to bodily integrity and rape.
Homem detido por violação
No dia 27 de Dezembro de 2019, o CPSP transferiu à PJ um caso de violação ocorrido num quarto dum hotel do ZAPE.
Após a investigação, apurou-se que o homem e a mulher eram namorados e que tinham vindo para Macau no dia 24, tendo ficado alojados num quarto de um hotel acima referido. Na noite de 26, os dois jantaram e voltaram ao quarto para descansar. Nessa altura, o homem agrediu a mulher e forçou-a violentamente a ter relação sexual. Depois disso, a mulher fugiu do quarto, pediu ajuda a outros hóspedes do mesmo andar e chamou a polícia.
Embora o homem tenha negado os actos, o vídeo filmado no hotel e o parecer do médico legista mostraram que há indícios de que este homem cometeu o crime, pelo que foi presente ao MP por ofensas simples à integridade física e violação.
