內地女子涉加重盜竊被拘

2019年12月29日，一名內地女子報案，稱於日前與一名內地女友人來澳旅遊及賭博，一同入住本澳路氹城區某娛樂場酒店，期間二人一直結伴耍樂，至12月29日凌晨，二人賭博後返回房間休息，當事主在早上醒來時，發現女友人失去蹤影，自己手袋內的10萬港元籌碼不翼而飛，懷疑是女友人所為。

本局接報展開調查，鎖定涉案女子身份，於同日酒店保安發現該涉案女子並通知本局；經調查，涉案女子承認作案，贓款已全數輸清。

本局以加重盜竊罪將涉案女子移送檢察院處理。

Mainland woman arrested for involvement in aggravated theft

On 29^th December 2019, a mainland woman reported a case stating that she travelled with a mainland female friend to Macao some days ago for sightseeing and gambling, both staying at a casino-hotel in Cotai Strip of Macao. During the trip, the two had all along got together for fun and entertainment. Until the wee hours of December 29^th, the two returned to their room to rest after they gambled. When the victim woke up in the morning, she discovered that the female friend was gone and HKD100,000 worth of chips in her handbag were missing. Thus, she suspected that they were stolen by the female friend.

The Judiciary Police launched an investigation after the report, and identified the involved woman’s personal particulars. On the same day, the hotel security found the involved woman and notified the Judiciary Police. After investigation, the involved woman admitted committing the offence, and all the stolen money were lost in gambling. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved woman to the Public Prosecutions Office on the charge of aggravated theft.

Detida uma mulher da China continental por furto qualificado

No dia 29 de Dezembro de 2019, uma mulher da China continental fez uma queixa dizendo que, dias atrás, tinha visitado Macau e jogado num casino com uma amiga da mesma origem. Elas pernoitaram num hotel-casino do Cotai e divertiram-se juntas. Na madrugada de 29 de Dezembro, as duas voltaram para o quarto para descansar após o jogo e, de manhã, quando a denunciante acordou, descobriu que a amiga já não estava lá. Ao verificar que as fichas colocadas na sua mala, no valor de 100.000 HKD, tinham desaparecido, suspeitou que a amiga tenha furtado aquelas fichas.

Após ter recebido a denúncia, a PJ iniciou a investigação tendo identificado a suspeita. No mesmo dia, um segurança do hotel interceptou a mulher e comunicou à PJ. Durante a investigação, a suspeita confessou o crime e disse ter perdido todo o dinheiro ao jogo. A detida foi presente ao MP por furto qualificado.
