內地男涉搶劫被拘
本局於2019年12月9日接獲治安警察局移交一宗搶劫案件，一名來澳從事非法兌換活動的女子報稱於2019年12月9日與一名男子相約在路氹城區某娛樂場旅遊巴停泊區兌換港幣，但卻被該男子搶去手袋，女事主追截不果，遂報案求助。
本局接報展開調查，期間尋獲女事主的手袋，其內現金被竊，總損失折合約229,793澳門元；同時鎖定一名涉案男子，知悉其於案發後已經關閘口岸逃離本澳。
2019年12月27日凌晨，上述涉案男子經關閘口岸入境本澳時被治安警察局人員截獲，並移交本局處理。據查，涉案人因賭敗而實施搶劫，贓款已全數輸掉，本局以搶劫罪將之移交檢察院偵辦。
Mainland man nabbed for robbery
On 9th December 2019, the Judiciary Police received a case of robbery referred by the Public Security Police Force, in which a woman who had come to Macao to engage in illegal currency exchange activities reported that on 9th December 2019, the man who had made appointment with her to exchange Hong Kong dollar at the tourist bus parking area of a casino in the Cotai district had robbed her of her handbag. Failing to pursue the man, the female victim reported to the police for assistance.
The Judiciary Police initiated investigation upon receiving the report and later recovered the female victim’s handbag, in which the cash was stolen, incurring a loss equivalent to around MOP 229,793 to the victim. The involved man was identified at the same time, who was found to have fled Macao via the Border Gate after committing the crime.
In the wee hours of 27th December 2019, the aforementioned involved man was intercepted by the personnel of the Public Security Police Force while entering Macao via the Border Gate, and was transferred to the Judiciary Police. Investigation revealed that the involved man had committed the crime due to his loss in gambling and all the stolen money had been gambled away. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved person to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of robbery.

No dia 9 de Dezembro de 2019, a PJ recebeu um caso de roubo transferido pelo CPSP, constando que uma mulher, que praticava em Macau actividade de câmbio ilegal, disse que nesse dia se tinha encontrado com um homem no parque para automóveis pesados de passageiros, sito num casino do Cotai. Esse encontro era para trocar notas de HKD mas o mesmo homem, porém, roubou-lhe a mala e fugiu. A mulher não conseguiu interceptá-lo e, por isso, pediu intervenção da polícia.
Os nossos agentes desencadearam a investigação e encontraram a mala em causa, mas tinha desaparecido o dinheiro que estava lá, equivalente a 229.793 patacas. Por outro lado, conseguiram identificar o suspeito, o qual tinha já partido de Macau após a sua actuação.
Pela madrugada de 27 de Dezembro, o homem ao chegar ao posto fronteiriço das Portas do Cerco foi detido pela CPSP e, posteriormente, encaminhado para a PJ. De acordo com a investigação, apurou-se que o homem praticou o roubo por ter apostado e perdido dinheiro nos jogos de casino e que voltando a jogar todo o dinheiro furtado tinha perdido outra vez. O detido foi presente ao MP por roubo.
