內地男涉搶劫被捕
本局於2019年11月7日接獲由治安警察局移交一宗搶劫案件，報案人稱在路氹城區某娛樂場酒店房間內被人搶去35萬港元，本局隨即展開跟進調查。
據查，本案其中一名涉案男子當日向兩名從事非法兌換的內地男子(其中一人為前述報案人)稱有客人需要兌換港元，並帶同二人前往路氹城區某娛樂場該客人租住酒店房間進行交易，當三人進入房間後，即被房間內一名男子持刀指嚇，聲稱打劫，先後將兩名“換錢黨”及涉案人的雙手用索帶綑綁，搶去“換錢黨”身上35萬港元並立即逃離現場。其後三人自行鬆綁，一同追截作案人，但追截期間，涉案人無故失去了蹤影；由於未能截獲作案人，兩名“換錢黨”準備報案處理，但其中一人為非法入境者，故在報案前已自行離開。本局人員在現場搜證發現涉案人其實並沒有被綑綁，而且於案發後與作案人分別經關閘逃離本澳，故懷疑兩人為同伙，合謀作案。
2019年12月26日，其中一名作案人經關閘再入境時被治安警察局截獲並移交本局處理，本局以搶劫罪及禁用武器罪將之移送檢察院偵辦，並追緝在逃涉案人士。
Mainland Chinese man arrested for robbery
In the robbery case received from the Public Security Police Force on 7th November 2019, the complainant claimed that he had been robbed of HKD 350,000 in the room of a casino hotel in Cotai. The Judiciary Police launched investigation promptly.
Investigation revealed that one of the involved men had claimed to two mainland Chinese men engaging in illegal currency exchange (one of whom was the aforementioned complainant) that a customer was in need of exchanging Hong Kong Dollars. The duo was then taken to the hotel room rented by the customer in a Cotai casino, where they were to exercise the transaction. Upon entering the room, the three men were confronted by a man who threatened to rob them with a knife. The perpetrator successively strapped both hands of the two “money exchange gangsters” and the involved man before grabbing HKD 350,000 from the former and fleeing the scene. The trio later untied themselves and pursued the perpetrator together. However, during the pursuit, the involved man went missing for no reason. Failing to capture the perpetrator, the two “money exchange gangsters” were about to report to the police, when one of them, an illegal immigrant, left beforehand. In their search for evidence, the Judiciary Police officers found that the involved man had, in fact, not been strapped and that he had fled Macao with the perpetrator successively via Portas do Cerco after the incident. The two men were therefore suspected to be accomplices who had conspired to commit the crime.
When one of the perpetrators entered Macao again via Portas do Cerco on 26th December 2019, he was intercepted by the Public Security Police Force and subsequently handed to the Judiciary Police. The Judiciary Police transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charges of robbery and prohibited weapon while pursuing the other person at large.
Detido um homem da China continental por roubo
Na sequência de ter recebido, no dia 7 de Novembro de 2019, uma queixa de roubo encaminhada pelo CPSP, no qual o denunciante disse que lhe tinham roubado, num quarto de um casino-hotel no COTAI, 350.000 HKD, a Polícia Judiciária encetou uma investigação.
Apurou-se que no dia da ocorrência, um dos suspeitos disse aos dois homens da China continental, envolvidos na troca ilegal de dinheiro, (um deles é o denunciante) que havia um cliente que precisava de trocar dinheiro em dólares de Hong Kong, e levou-os a um casino no COTAI onde se alojava aquele cliente para efectuar as transacções. Quando os três entraram no quarto, um homem armado com uma faca ameaçou-os gritando “assalto”, amarrou as mãos dos dois “burlões da troca de dinheiro” e do suspeito, roubou os 350.000 $HKD dos dois burlões e fugiu. Os três libertaram-se por si próprios e perseguiram o assaltante, mas o perderam de vista. Como não o conseguiram prender, os dois burlões prepararam-se para fazer queixa na polícia, mas como um deles era imigrante ilegal, saíu do território antes. Entretanto, na recolha de provas in loco, os nossos agentes descobriram que na verdade não houve indícios de que o suspeito tivesse sido amarrado e que após a ocorrência o suspeito e o assaltante fugiram de Macau pelas Portas do Cerco, suspeitando que os dois fossem cúmplices, para a prática do crime.
No dia 26 de Dezembro de 2019, quando um dos suspeitos entrou de novo pelas Portas do Cerco, foi detido pelo CPSP que o encaminhou para a PJ. O detido foi presente ao Ministério Público por roubo e detenção de armas proibidas. A PJ continua à procura do cúmplice em fuga.
