內地男涉搶劫被捕

本局曾於2017年 10月6日接報路氹城區某娛樂場酒店房間發生一宗搶劫案。經查，案中男事主在收到“換錢黨”發放的信息後，按對方指示前往路氹城區某酒店房間兌換港元，卻於進入房間後被兩名男子襲擊，手腳被膠紙綑綁，身上30萬港元現金、手錶及手機等財物(折合共約314,500澳門元)被搶去，兩名作案男子得手後逃離酒店。

其中一名涉案人作案後隨即離澳，並於2019年12月21日晚經關閘口岸再入境時被治安警察局截獲及轉交本局。本局經調查發現本案兩名涉案人同時涉及另一宗發生於2017年10月3日的同類案件，由於該案事主未被搶去現金及財物而沒有即時報案，但其在反抗“換錢黨”時手部被割傷。

本局對涉案人進行訊問調查，其否認犯案，但根據有關錄像及相關證據，顯示涉案人曾經犯案，故本局將之移送檢察院偵訊，並繼續追緝其餘作案者。

Mainland man apprehended for involvement in robbery

On 6^th October 2017, the Judiciary Police received a report that a robbery case had taken place in a casino-hotel guestroom in the Cotai district.  Investigation revealed that after the male victim of the case received a text message from the “money exchange gang”, he went to a hotel room in the Cotai district for exchanging Hong Kong dollars as per their instruction.  Yet he was attacked by two men upon entering the room and his limbs were tied up by tape.  Having snatched property including HKD300,000 of cash, watch and mobile phone (with a total value of approximately MOP314,500) from him, the two male perpetrators fled the hotel.

One of the involved persons left Macao immediately after the perpetration, and was intercepted by the Public Security Police Force when he entered Macao again via Portas do Cerco on the night of 21^st December 2019, who was then transferred to the Judiciary Police.  After investigation, the two involved persons of this case were found to be also involved in another case of similar nature which had taken place on 3^rd October 2017.  The victim of that case did not report it to the police immediately since his cash and property had not been snatched.  However, his hand was lacerated while resisting the “money exchange gang”.  Despite the interrogation and investigation conducted by the Judiciary Police, the suspect denied the perpetration.  However, according to the involved footage and relevant evidence, it was shown that the perpetrator had committed the offence, thus the Judiciary Police transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office for investigation while continuing to pursue the rest of the perpetrators.

Detido um homem da China continental por roubo

No dia 06 de Outubro de 2017, a PJ recebeu um caso de roubo ocorrido num quarto de um hotel do Cotai. Na investigação, apurou-se que um homem, depois de ter recebido uma mensagem enviada por um “grupo de burlas da troca de dinheiro”, seguindo as indicações, foi ao quarto de um hotel do Cotai para trocar HKD. Quando ele entrou no quarto, foi agredido por outros dois homens que ali se encontravam tendo sido amarrado com adesivos nas mãos e pés. Foram-lhe roubados 300.000 HKD da sua posse bem como um relógio, um telemóvel e outros pertences que tinha consigo (o equivalente a 314.500 patacas). Os dois homens fugiram do hotel depois da actuação.

Um dos suspeitos saiu do território de imediato. O mesmo tentou entrar de novo em Macau no dia 21 de Dezembro de 2019 pelas Portas do Cerco, tendo sido detido pelo CPSP que o transferiu para a PJ. Na sequência da investigação, descobriu-se que estes dois homens estavam envolvidos num outro caso do mesmo género ocorrido no dia 3 de Outubro de 2017 no qual a vítima não tinha feito a queixa de imediato porque o seu dinheiro e os seus pertences não foram roubados mas, por tentar resistir ao “grupo de burlas da troca de dinheiro” sofreu um ferimento na sua mão. No interrogatório, ele negou a prática mas, de acordo com os vídeos do local e as provas recolhidas, tudo indicava que o suspeito tinha cometido aquele crime pelo que foi presente ao MP e a PJ continua à procura do outro cúmplice.
