偵破販毒案 拘兩港男
本局接獲情報指一名香港男子來澳販毒，經調查後掌握該男子身份。
2019年12月23日凌晨，上述涉案人入境本澳，當其在澳門住處擬與另一名香港男子交收毒品時被本局人員截獲，其中一人身上藏有約25.26克可卡因，約值五萬澳門元；本局又在上述單位檢獲毒品分拆工具、懷疑毒資9,300港元及300澳門元；其中一名涉案人的尿液樣本對毒品呈陽性反應。
本局分別以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪將上述二人移交檢察院處理。
Drug trafficking case cracked with two Hong Kong men apprehended
The Judiciary Police received a tip-off, indicating that a Hong Kong man would traffic drugs in Macao. The identity of the man was known after investigation.
In the wee hours of 23rd December 2019, the abovementioned involved individual entered Macao. He was intercepted by the personnel of the Judiciary Police when he was about to deal drugs with another Hong Kong man in his residence in Macao, with approximately 25.26 grams of cocaine worth around MOP50,000 seized from one of them. The Judiciary Police also seized tools used for drug distribution, HKD9,300 and MOP300 of suspected drug proceeds in the abovementioned apartment. The urine sample of one of the involved men was found positive to drugs.
The Judiciary Police transferred the duo to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances respectively.
Resolvido um caso de tráfico de droga e detidos dois homens de Hong Kong
A PJ recebeu informações indicando que um homem de Hong Kong estaria a traficar droga em Macau. Na investigação, foi identificado o indivíduo.
Na madrugada de 23 de Dezembro de 2019, o suspeito entrou em Macau e foi detido no momento da entrega da droga a um outro homem de Hong Kong num apartamento em Macau. Na posse de um deles, foram encontrados 25,26 gramas de cocaína, num valor de cerca de 50.000 patacas. Naquele apartamento foram também apreendidos alguns instrumentos para dividir a droga em doses e dinheiro que viria supostamente do narcotráfico (9.300 HKD e 300 patacas). Relativamente ao exame da urina, o resultado de um deles foi positivo.
Os dois detidos foram presentes ao MP por tráfico e consumo de estupefacientes.
