三內地男子涉入屋盜竊被捕
2019年12月17日，本局接報黑沙環馬路某高層大廈單位發生入屋盜竊案，屋內抽屜被撬毀，戶主報稱損失現金和金飾，合共約39,000澳門元。
本局人員根據案發大廈錄像及“天眼”系統鎖定三名內地男子涉案，並查悉三人租住黑沙環區某酒店，期間曾進入中區多幢大廈尋找作案目標。12月18日，三人經關閘出境，本局在治安警察局協助下將之截獲，並在其中兩人身上搜獲一枚金戒指及一條連玉吊墜的金項鏈，經證實為本案贓物。
三名涉案男子否認犯案，但本局根據調查所得，以加重盜竊罪將三人移交檢察院偵辦。
3 mainland men arrested for burglary
On 17th December 2019, the Judiciary Police received a report that a flat of a high-rise building on Estrada da Areia Preta had been burgled; drawers in the flat were pried open. The householder claimed that a loss of around MOP 39,000 in cash and gold ornaments was incurred.
The three involved mainland men were identified based on the video footages of the building in which the case happened and the “Eyes in the Sky” system. They were also found to have rented a hotel room in the Areia Preta district. Meanwhile, they had entered several buildings in the Central district to look for crime targets. On December 18th, the trio were intercepted by the Judiciary Police with the assistance of the Public Security Police Force while they were departing Macao via the Border Gate. A golden ring and a golden necklace with a jade pendent were found on two of them, which were later proved to be the stolen items in this case.
The three involved men denied committing the crime, but were transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of aggravated theft based on the information gathered in the investigation.
Detidos três homens da RPC por furto em residência
No dia 17 de Dezembro, recebemos uma queixa de um furto em residência num apartamento em andar alto de um edifício sito na Estrada da Areia Preta. As gavetas tinham sido arrombadas e o proprietário daquele apartamento disse que sofreu um prejuízo total de cerca de 39.000 patacas em numerário e em peças de ouro.
De acordo com as imagens captadas pelo sistema de vídeo vigilância público e sistema do edifício em causa, foram identificados três homens da RPC, tendo-se apurado que os mesmos estavam hospedados num hotel na zona da Areia Preta. Durante a estadia, tiveram acesso a vários prédios, todos sitos na zona central, para encontrar apartamentos alvos. No passado dia 18, ao tentarem sair do território pelas Portas do Cerco, estes suspeitos foram interceptados com a ajuda do CPSP. Foram encontrados na posse de dois daqueles três indivíduos um anel de ouro e um fio de ouro com um pêndulo de jade que, mais tarde, se apurou terem sido os objectos furtados neste caso.
Os três detidos negaram o crime mas, de acordo com o apurado, foram todos presentes ao MP acusados de furto qualificado.
