三名內地男女涉販吸毒落網
本局接獲內地警方情報指一個活躍於珠海及澳門的內地販毒集團近期在澳門及氹仔區的酒店進行販毒活動，本局人員經調查鎖定兩名涉案內地女子的身份及在澳居所；12月14日晚上，發現其中一名女涉案人在其居所附近出現且顯得神智模糊，遂上前截查，其承認剛吸食了毒品，但否認在本澳從事販毒活動，聲稱毒品乃向一名內地男子購買，隨後本局人員根據其口供拘獲該名販毒男子，並在其身上搜獲27包共重5.94克可卡因。
此外，本局人員於12月15日清晨發現另一涉案女子從居所前往澳門皇朝區某酒店，經截查搜獲一包約重2.3克懷疑為毒品之粉末。其後在其居所再檢獲懷疑吸毒工具及氯胺酮、“開心茶”和“冰”等多種毒品。行動中檢獲之毒品合共約值43,000澳門元，兩名被捕女子的尿液樣本對毒品均呈陽性反應。
本局分別以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物、較輕的生產及販賣、不適當持有器具或設備等四罪將三名涉案男女移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追緝其餘集團成員。
Three mainlanders arrested for trafficking and consuming drugs
The Judiciary Police received intelligence from the Mainland police, indicating that a mainland drug trafficking syndicate, active in Zhuhai and Macao, had recently been trafficking drugs in hotels located in Macao and Taipa districts. After the investigation by our personnel, the identities of the two involved mainland women, as well as their residences in Macao, were identified. On the night of December 14th, one of the involved women was found acting deliriously in the vicinity of her residence, and was therefore intercepted. She confessed to have just taken drugs, yet denied of engaging in drug trafficking activities in Macao, and claimed that the drugs were purchased from a mainland man. Based on her statement, the Judiciary Police personnel subsequently captured the said male drug dealer, with a total of 5.94 grams of cocaine packed in 27 sachets being seized on him.
In addition, in the wee hours of December 15th, the Judiciary Police personnel discovered the other involved woman heading to a hotel in the NAPE district from her residence. She was intercepted, with a sachet of suspected drug powder weighing 2.3 grams seized. Afterwards, suspected drug taking tools and various drugs including ketamine, “happy tea” and “ice” were seized in her residence. The drugs seized in this operation were worth around MOP43,000 in total, while the urine samples of the two arrested women were found positive to drugs.
The Judiciary Police transferred the 3 involved persons (1 man and 2 women) to the Public Prosecutions Office with four charges namely illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, minor production and trafficking, and improper possession of utensils or equipment, while continuing to pursue the remaining syndicate members.

A PJ recebeu informações da polícia da China continental indicando que uma rede de tráfico de droga do continente que actuava em Zhuhai e Macau e, ultimamente, estaria a traficar droga nos hotéis de Macau e Taipa. Na investigação, o pessoal da PJ identificou duas mulheres da China continental envolvidas no caso e descobrir o local onde as mesmas permaneciam. Na noite de 14 de Dezembro, nas proximidades da casa, descobriu-se uma das mulheres que parecia estar fora do senso. A mesma foi interceptada, tendo admitido ter acabado de consumir droga mas negou o exercício de actividades de tráfico de estupefacientes em Macau, dizendo que tinha comprado a droga a um homem do continente. Em seguida, segundo o depoimento da mulher, o nosso pessoal deteve aquele traficante do continente e, na sua posse, foram encontrados 27 pacotes de cocaína, pesando 5,94 gramas no total.
Por outro lado, na madrugada de 15 de Dezembro, o nosso pessoal descobriu a outra suspeita que saira de casa e estava a dirigir-se para um hotel do NAPE tendo sido então interceptada e, na sua posse, foi encontrado um pacote com 2,3 gramas de pó que supostamente era droga. Mais tarde, no apartamento desta foram ainda apreendidos instrumentos que se suspeitam servir para o consumo de droga, e várias drogas como quetamina, “happy tea” e “ice”. O valor total das drogas apreendidas na operação foi avaliado em cerca de 43 mil patacas, e os resultados de amostra de urina de ambas as detidas foram positivos.
Os três indivíduos foram presentes ao Ministério Público por tráfico e consumo de estupefacientes e de substâncias psicotrópicas, produção e tráfico de menor gravidade e detenção indevida de utensílios, enquanto continuámos a procurar os restantes elementos da rede.
