反罪惡巡查行動——巡查娛樂場及打擊非法旅館
本局於2019年12月14日派出42名刑事偵查人員前往新口岸區一帶娛樂場及周邊進行巡查，行動中合共截查了157人(116男41女)，當中發現一男二女內地人涉及非法兌換外幣(俗稱“換錢黨”)活動、一名內地男子逾期逗留，上述四人被帶返本局作進一步調查，在完成身份認別程序後被移送治安警察局出入境管制廳處理。
此外，本局於同日派出16名刑事偵查人員針對澳門區懷疑非法旅館進行巡查，並在一個用作經營非法旅館的單位內查獲三名內地居民(二男一女)，經調查及完成身份認別程序後均准予離開，本局同時將相關非法旅館個案轉介旅遊局跟進。
Anti-crime patrol operation – patrolling casinos and combating illegal hostels
On 14th December 2019, the Judiciary Police deployed 42 criminal investigators to patrol the casinos and their peripheries in the ZAPE district. During the operation, a total of 157 individuals were intercepted (116 men and 41 women), among whom 1 male and 2 female mainlanders were involved in illegal currency exchange activities (commonly known as “currency exchange gangs”) while a mainland man was overstaying. The abovementioned 4 individuals were brought back to the Judiciary Police for further investigation and were transferred to the Border Control Department of the Public Security Police Force for handling after completion of the identity verification procedures.
In addition, the Judiciary Police deployed 16 criminal investigators to patrol suspected illegal hostels in the Macao district on the same day and ferreted out 3 mainlanders (2 men and 1 woman) from an apartment operating as illegal hostel, who were allowed to leave after investigation and completion of the identity verification procedures. Meanwhile, the Judiciary Police referred the case of the involved illegal hostel to the Macao Government Tourism Office for follow-up.
Operação anti-crime – Rusgas nos casinos e combate à pensão ilegal
No dia 14 de Dezembro de 2019, a PJ enviou 42 investigadores a efectuarem rusgas nos casinos do ZAPE e nos seus arredores e, na operação, foram interceptadas 157 pessoas (116 homens e 41 mulheres). Entre estas pessoas, 1 homem e 2 mulheres do continente estavam envolvidos em troca ilegal de dinheiro (“burlões de troca de dinheiro”) e outro homem da mesma origem tinha o visto caducado pelo que foram levados às instalações da PJ e, após concluída a identificação, encaminhados para o Departamento de Controlo Fronteiriço do CPSP.
A par disso, 16 investigadores foram, no mesmo dia, mobilizados para as rusgas nas pensões sitas na península de Macau, tendo sido encontrados, num apartamento que estava a ser usado como pensão ilegal, 3 residentes da China continental (2 homens e 1 mulher), os quais foram deixados sair após efectuada a investigação e a identificação. Ao mesmo tempo, a PJ transferiu este caso para a Direcção dos Serviços de Turismo.
