反罪惡巡查行動——打擊非法旅館
本局於2019年12月10日派出26名刑事偵查員前往皇朝區進行反罪惡巡查行動，以持續淨化社區治安。
行動中在一個用作經營非法旅館的單位內查獲八名內地住客（兩男六女），有關人等經完成身份認別程序後獲准離開；本局同時將相關非法旅館個案轉介旅遊局跟進。
此外，本局人員於調查期間在另一單位查獲六名內地人（五男一女），均為活躍賭場人士（俗稱“扒仔”），本局對上述人士完成身份認別程序後移送治安警察局出入境管制廳處理；而有關單位不涉及非法旅館的情況。
Anti-crime patrol operation – Combating illegal hostels
The Judiciary Police deployed 26 criminal investigators to carry out anti-crime patrol operation in the NAPE district on 10th December 2019, in a bid to continue enhancing the public security of the community.
During the operation, eight mainland dwellers (two men and six women) were found in an apartment operating as an illegal hostel. The involved individuals were allowed to leave after completion of the identity verification procedures. Meanwhile, the Judiciary Police referred the aforementioned case of illegal hostel to the Macao Government Tourism Office for follow-up.
In addition, the Judiciary Police found six mainlanders (five men and a woman) in another apartment during the investigation, who were all active casino-goers (commonly known as “tip hustlers”). The aforesaid individuals were transferred to the Border Control Department of the Public Security Police Force for handling upon completion of the identity verification procedures, while the related apartment involved no situation of illegal hostel.
Operação anti-crime – combate a pensões ilegais
No dia 10 de Dezembro de 2019, 26 investigadores efectuaram uma operação anti-crime na zona do NAPE, com vista a melhorar a segurança de forma contínua.
Nesta operação, foram identificados oito inquilinos da China continental (2 homens e 6 mulheres) num apartamento usado como pensão ilegal, os quais foram deixados sair após efectuada a identificação. Ao mesmo tempo, a PJ transferiu este caso de pensão ilegal para a Direcção dos Serviços de Turismo.
Para além disso, na investigação, foram interceptados seis indivíduos da China continental (5 homens e 1 mulher) num outro apartamento os quais são todos frequentadores de casinos (pedintes). Todas estas pessoas foram encaminhadas ao Departamento de Controlo Fronteiriço do CPSP após concluída a identificação; este apartamento não envolve uma situação de pensão ilegal.
