反罪惡巡查行動──打擊非法旅館
本局持續進行反罪惡巡查行動，於2019年12月7日派出16名刑事偵查員前往澳門區執行打擊非法旅館行動，以淨化社區治安。
行動中在兩個用作經營非法旅館的單位查獲六名內地居民住客（三男三女），經調查後發現其中一名男子觸犯非法再入境罪及關於身份的虛假聲明罪，本局隨後將之移送檢察院偵辦，其餘五人在完成身份認別程序後獲准離開；本局同時將相關非法旅館個案轉介旅遊局跟進。
Anti-crime patrol operation – combating illegal hostels
In order to enhance the law and order in the community, the Judiciary Police continued to conduct the anti-crime patrol operations. On 7th December 2019, 16 criminal investigators were dispatched to carry out operations against illegal hostels in the Macao district.
In the operation, six mainland dwellers (3 men and 3 women) were seized inside two residential units which were used to operate as illegal hostels. Investigation revealed that one of the men had violated the offences of illegal re-entry and false identity declaration, and was then transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for investigation. The other 5 persons were allowed to leave after completing the identity verification procedures. The Judiciary Police also referred the relevant cases of illegal hostels to the Macao Government Tourism Office for follow-up.
Operação anti-crime – combate a pensões ilegais
A PJ continua a realizar operações anti-crime, enviou 16 investigadores a efectuar uma operação para combate a pensões ilegais na península de Macau no dia 7 de Dezembro de 2019, com vista a melhorar a segurança.
Nesta acção, foram identificados seis inquilinos da China continental (3 homens e 3 mulheres) em dois apartamentos usados como pensões ilegais. Na investigação, apurou-se que um deles estaria envolvido em reentrada ilegal e falsas declarações sobre a identidade, assim, foi presente ao MP, enquanto que os outros 5 indivíduos foram deixados sair depois de uma identificação mais pormenorizada. Este caso foi transferido para a Direcção dos Serviços de Turismo.
