反罪惡巡查行動——打擊非法旅館
2019年12月5日，本局派出16名刑事偵查員前往氹仔區進行反罪惡巡查行動，以持續淨化社區治安。
行動中在一個用作經營非法旅館的單位內查獲三名內地住客（一男兩女），本局將有關人等帶返警局調查，揭發其中一名女子涉及非法入境罪及偽造文件罪，於翌日將上述女子移送檢察院偵辦，其餘兩人經調查及進行身份認別程序後獲准離開；本局同時將相關非法旅館個案轉介旅遊局跟進。
Anti-crime patrolling operation – Busting illegal hostels
Continuing to enhance the security of the community, the Judiciary Police deployed 16 criminal investigators to Taipa in an anti-crime patrolling operation on 5th December 2019.
During the operation, three tenants (one man and two women) from mainland China were found in an apartment used for running an illegal hostel. They were then taken in for investigation. One of the women was found to be involved in illegal immigration and falsification of documents. She was transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office the next day, while the other two persons were granted permission to leave upon investigation and completion of the identification procedures. Meanwhile, the Judiciary Police transferred the illegal hostel case to Macao Government Tourism Office for follow-up action.
Operação anti-crime – combate a pensões ilegais
No dia 5 de Dezembro de 2019, 16 investigadores efectuaram uma operação anti-crime na zona da Taipa, com vista a melhorar a segurança.
Nesta operação, foram identificados três inquilinos da China continental (1 homem e 2 mulheres) num apartamento usado como pensão ilegal, todos levados para as instalações da PJ. No dia seguinte, uma deles foi presente ao MP por entrada ilegal e falsificação de documentos, enquanto que os outros dois foram deixados sair após efectuada uma identificação mais pormenorizada. Ao mesmo tempo, a PJ transferiu este caso para a Direcção dos Serviços de Turismo.
