澳珠警方聯手偵破協助偷渡集團 共拘四人
本局早前接獲情報，指一個由本澳及內地居民組成的協助偷渡集團利用機動舢舨船接載偷渡者非法進出澳門，經與珠海市公安局展開聯合偵查，得悉該集團計劃於2019年12月5日作案，兩地警方隨即進行聯合部署。
本局透過反偷渡工作小組通報澳門海關採取聯合行動，當天清晨在澳門海關的協助下於海上截獲涉案舢舨船，拘捕兩名涉案男女及查獲一名逾期逗留者；珠海市公安局則於內地拘捕一名集團成員。
據查，該犯罪集團運作超過四個月，每次作案收取每名偷渡者10,000至12,000元人民幣偷渡費用，並會協助偷渡者喬裝成漁船工人，以逃避偵查。本局對兩名在本澳被捕的男女控以犯罪集團罪及收留罪，連同上述逾期逗留者一併移送檢察院偵辦，並正追緝其他涉案人士。
Macao and Zhuhai police jointly busted syndicate assisting in illegal immigration, with a total of 4 persons apprehended
Earlier on, the Judiciary Police received intelligence that a syndicate assisting in illegal immigration formed by local and mainland residents had been using a motor sampan to transport illegal immigrants enter and exit Macao unlawfully. After a joint investigation with the Zhuhai Municipal Public Security Bureau, it was revealed that the syndicate was going to perpetrate again on 5th December 2019, therefore the two police forces conducted a joint deployment forthwith.
The Judiciary Police notified the Macao Customs Service, through the anti-illegal immigration working group, for a joint operation. In the wee hours of that day, the involved sampan was intercepted on the sea under the assistance from the Macao Customs Service, with two involved persons (1 man and 1 woman) arrested and one overstayer ferretted out. Meanwhile, the Zhuhai Municipal Public Security Bureau arrested one syndicate member in the mainland.
Investigation revealed that the criminal syndicate had been operating for over four months, charging each illegal immigrant RMB10,000 to 12,000 for each perpetration. They would also assist the illegal immigrants in disguise as fish boat workers so as to evade investigation. The Judiciary Police charged the two persons (1 man and 1 woman) arrested in Macao with the offences of criminal syndicate and sheltering, and transferred them together with the overstayer to the Public Prosecutions Office for investigation, while continuing to pursue the other involved persons.
Cooperação entre as polícias de Macau e Zhuhai resultou no desmantelamento de uma rede de auxílio à imigração e na detenção de 4 pessoas
A Polícia Judiciária recebeu informações indicando que uma rede de imigração ilegal composta por elementos locais e da China continental estaria a auxiliar indivíduos a entrar e sair, clandestinamente, de Macau com sampanas motorizadas. Em colaboração com a Directoria Municipal de Segurança Pública de Zhuhai, foi realizada uma investigação e descobriu-se que aquela rede iria actuar no dia 5 de Dezembro de 2019, as duas polícias definiram, imediatamente, um plano de operação.
Através do “Grupo de Trabalho Operacional Especializado para Combate às Redes de Entrada Ilegal”, a PJ comunicou os Serviços de Alfândega para a acção conjunta e, naquela madrugada, com a sua colaboração, conseguiu interceptar a sampana em causa, na qual foram detidos dois suspeitos (um homem e uma mulher) e um indivíduo em situação de excesso de permanência; A par disso, foi detido pela Directoria Municipal de Segurança Pública de Zhuhai um elemento da rede na China continental.
Apurou-se que aquela rede operava há mais de 4 meses e cobrava a cada imigrante ilegal uma taxa entre 10.000 e 12.000 renmibi por deslocação. Além disso, ajudava os imigrantes ilegais a fazerem-se passar por trabalhadores de barcos de pesca, de modo a escaparem à investigação. Os dois suspeitos são acusados de associação criminosa e de acolhimento e foram presentes, juntamente, com o indivíduo em situação de excesso de permanência ao MP para procedimentos posteriores. A PJ continua à procura de outros indivíduos envolvidos.
