內地男子涉贓物罪被捕
一名在本澳從事博彩中介業務的內地男子分別在路氹城區兩間大型酒店商場的珠寶店借用抽屜櫃存放現金及籌碼，並親身保管該抽屜鑰匙；其於2019年7月6日發現鑰匙被盜，之後獲珠寶店通知其一名友人取去抽屜內650萬港元現金及100萬港元籌碼，其於7月11日向本局報案。
本局調查後發現，事主友人在偷取現金及籌碼後將贓款交由另一名涉案男子到同區另一珠寶店進行匯款，兩人隨後逃離本澳。直至12月1日，案中負責處理贓款的內地男子再次入境，本局在治安警察局協助下將其截獲；其否認犯案，但本局根據調查所得，以贓物罪將之移送檢察院偵辦，並追查在逃人士及有關款項的去向。
Mainland Chinese man arrested for handling stolen goods
A mainland Chinese man engaging in gaming junket business in Macao had borrowed chests of drawers respectively at the jewellery shops in the shopping malls of two major hotels in Cotai to store cash and chips, while keeping the drawers keys himself. Realizing that the keys had been stolen on 6th July 2019, he was then informed by a jewellery shop that a friend of his had taken away HKD 6.5 million in cash and HKD 1 million in chips from the drawer. He reported to the Judiciary Police on July 11th.
Our investigation revealed that the victim’s friend, having stolen the cash and chips, handed the stolen property to another involved man to make remittances in another jewellery shop in the same district. The two subsequently fled Macao. The mainland Chinese man responsible for handling the illegal proceeds in the case entered Macao again on December 1st. The Judiciary Police intercepted him with the assistance of the Public Security Police Force. Despite his denial of perpetration, the Judiciary Police, based on investigative findings, transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of handling stolen goods, while tracing the proceeds and the other persons at large.
Detido um homem do continente por receptação
Um homem do continente que pratica actividades de promoção de jogos de fortuna ou azar em Macau utilizava as gavetas de duas joalharias dos comerciais de dois hotéis de grande envergadura na zona do COTAI para guardar dinheiro e fichas, cujas chaves ficavam com ele. Porém, no dia 6 de Julho de 2019, o homem verificou que as chaves tinham sido furtadas e, pouco depois, foi comunicado pelas joalharias que o seu amigo teria subtraído 6,5 milhões HKD em dinheiro e 1 milhão HKD em fichas das gavetas. O mesmo apresentou queixa à polícia no dia 11 de Julho.
Após investigação, a PJ verificou que depois do furto, o amigo da vítima entregou o dinheiro e as fichas a um outro homem que efectuou a transferência numa outra joalharia da mesma zona, tendo ambos fugidos de Macau. Com a colaboração do CPSP, o suspeito, oriundo da China continental, responsável pela receptação dos valores furtados acabou por ser detido, no dia 1 de Dezembro, quando voltava a entrar em Macau> Apesar de o detido ter negado o seu envolvimento no crime, com base nos resultados da investigação, acabou por ser presente ao MP pelo crime de receptação. A PJ continua à procura do suspeito em fuga e do destino dos valores furtados.
