“雷霆2019”行動——打擊非法旅館
本局執行由警察總局統籌的“雷霆2019”反罪惡巡查行動，於2019年11月29日及30日合共派出43名刑事偵查員分別前往氹仔區及澳門新口岸區打擊非法旅館。
行動中在四個用作經營非法旅館的單位內合共查獲33名內地住客（13男20女），當中發現一名男子為非法入境人士，故將之轉交本局相關調查科作進一步調查及跟進，其餘32人經進行身份認別程序後獲准離開；本局同時將相關非法旅館個案轉介旅遊局跟進。
Operation “Thunderbolt 2019” – combating illegal hostels
The Judiciary Police carried out anti-crime patrol operation “Thunderbolt 2019” under the coordination of the Unitary Police Service, deploying a total of 43 criminal investigators to combat illegal hostels in the Cotai district and the NAPE district in Macao respectively on 29th and 30th November 2019.
During the operation, a total of 33 mainland dwellers (13 men and 20 women) were ferreted out from 4 apartments operating as illegal hostels. One of the men was found to be an illegal immigrant and he was thus transferred to the relevant investigation section of the Judiciary Police for further investigation and follow-up. After completion of the identity verification procedures, the remaining 32 individuals were allowed to leave. Meanwhile, the Judiciary Police had also referred the case of the involved illegal hostels to the Macao Government Tourism Office for follow-up.
Operação “Trovoada 2019” – Desmantelamento de pensões ilegais
Com a coordenação dos Serviços de Polícia Unitários, efectuamos operações anti-crime, nos dias 29 e 30 de Novembro de 2019, enviámos 43 agentes à Taipa e ao NAPE para combate às pensões ilegais.
Na operação, foram encontrados em quatro apartamentos supostamente usados como pensão ilegal, 33 hóspedes da China continental (13 homens e 20 mulheres), um dos quais era imigrante ilegal, o qual foi levado para a secção competente, enquanto que os restantes 32 indivíduos foram autorizados a sair depois da investigação e identificação. O caso foi posteriormente transferido à Direcção dos Serviços de Turismo para devido acompanhamento.
