本澳男子涉搶劫被捕
本局於2019年11月19日接獲治安警察局轉介一宗搶劫案，女事主在黑沙環馬路某銀行使用自動櫃員機後，遭一名蒙面男子持刀指嚇，要求交出款項，女事主聲稱沒有錢後伺機離開現場。
本局調查後發現涉案男子於案發前數小時已在上述地點附近尋找作案目標，並於事敗後逃到附近僻靜處更換衣服，再駕駛電單車至黑沙環某屋苑下車離開。本局隨即進行部署，旋於翌日下午在前述電單車停泊位置附近拘捕涉案男子，並在電單車頭盔箱內搜獲其作案時身穿的衣物及一把摺刀。涉案男子承認因欠債而犯案，本局以搶劫罪和禁用武器罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Macao man arrested for involvement in robbery
On 19th November 2019, the Judiciary Police received a robbery case referred by the Public Security Police Force. After using an automatic teller machine (ATM) at a bank at Estrada da Areia Preta, a female victim was threatened with a knife by a masked man who demanded her to hand over the money. Claiming that she had no money, the female victim seized the opportunity to flee the scene.
After investigation, the Judiciary Police found that the involved man had been looking for a target of crime near the aforesaid location hours before the crime took place, and he fled to a secluded area nearby to change his clothes after his plan failed. He then rode a motorcycle to a housing estate at the Areia Preta area where he got off and left. The Judiciary Police launched a deployment immediately and arrested the involved man near the parking location of the abovementioned motorcycle on the afternoon of the following day. The clothing worn and a folding knife used during crime perpetration were seized inside the helmet box of the motorcycle. The involved man confessed to have committed the crime due to his debts. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of robbery and prohibited weapon.
Detido um residente por roubo
No dia 19 de Novembro de 2019, a PJ recebeu uma denúncia de roubo transferida pelo CPSP. Uma mulher, depois de utilizar uma máquina ATM num banco situado na Estrada da Areia Preta, foi ameaçada por um homem com uma faca, exigindo-lhe a entrega do dinheiro. A mulher respondeu-lhe que não tinha dinheiro e fugiu.
Após investigação, a PJ verificou que, poucas horas antes, o suspeito já estava à procura de um alvo nas proximidades do local da ocorrência. Depois da tentativa falhada, o suspeito fugiu para um local sossegado, mudou de roupa e conduziu uma mota até um complexo de habitação da zona da Areia Preta. A PJ definiu, imediatamente, um plano de actuação e, na tarde do dia seguinte, deteve o suspeito perto do local onde estava estacionada a mota. No porta-bagagem da mota foram encontradas a roupa e uma faca dobrável usadas na prática do crime. O suspeito confessou que praticou o roubo por causa das dívidas que tinha contraído e foi presente ao MP pelos crimes de roubo e uso de arma proibida.
