內地男子涉入屋盜竊被捕
2019年11月20日，本局接獲一宗在皇朝區某大廈單位發生的入屋盜竊案，男事主報稱當天清晨獲同住的同事告知屋內有陌生男子，並從單位大門離開，經翻閱監控錄像和點算財物後發現被盜去700元人民幣。
本局迅速查知涉案男子居於同一屋苑鄰座某單位，其透過攀爬大廈外牆進入事主單位作案。本局於同日在涉案男子的住所將其拘捕，其承認因賭敗而作案，本局以加重盜竊罪將其移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland man arrested for burglary
On 20th November 2019, the Judiciary Police received a burglary case which happened in an apartment unit located at the NAPE district. The male victim reported that on the early morning of that day, his colleague, whom he shared the apartment with, told him that a male stranger was inside the house and had left through the main door of the apartment. After reviewing the surveillance footage and checking the belongings, it was discovered that RMB700 was stolen.
The Judiciary Police swiftly discovered that the involved man was living in an apartment at the adjacent block of the same estate. He had climbed the external wall of the building to break into the victim’s apartment for perpetration. The involved man was arrested in his residence on the same day. He confessed to have perpetrated due to his gaming loss and was then transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charge of aggravated theft.
Detido um homem do continente por furto em residência
Em 20 de Novembro de 2019, a PJ recebeu uma denúncia de furto numa residência dum edifício situado no NAPE. Na madrugada daquele dia, o colega de trabalho, que coabita com o lesado, avisou-o que estava um desconhecido no apartamento que saiu pela porta principal. Depois de ver as gravações da câmara de vigilância e feita a verificação dos valores, o lesado alegou ter perdido 700 RMB.
A PJ descobriu, rapidamente, que o suspeito reside num apartamento do bloco vizinho do mesmo complexo de habitação onde ocorreu o furto e entrou na residência do lesado através de escalamento. No mesmo dia, o suspeito foi detido na sua residência pelos agentes da PJ e confessou que decidiu furtar por ter perdido dinheiro no jogo. O mesmo foi presente ao MP por furto qualificado.
