偵破販毒案拘兩名香港青年
本局早前接獲情報，指一個香港販毒集團指派兩名香港青年來澳向活躍夜場人士販毒。2019年11月18日晚上，本局人員在中區某酒店發現其中一名涉案青年，隨即採取行動，在其身上及租住酒店房間搜獲20.82克約值6.6萬港元的可卡因及折合約4.5萬澳門元懷疑毒資，並拘獲另一名涉案青年。
其中一名被捕青年承認以日薪2,000港元受僱於香港販毒集團，並以平分報酬來誘使另一名涉案青年一同來澳販毒，至被捕時共販毒十多次。經對兩人的尿液進行毒品成分檢測，發現其中一名涉案青年對毒品呈陽性反應。本局分別以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪將兩人移送檢察院處理，並繼續追查毒品來源。
Drug trafficking case busted with two Hong Kong teenagers arrested
The Judiciary Police received a tip-off earlier, indicating that a Hong Kong drug trafficking syndicate had instructed two Hong Kong teenagers to traffic drugs to active nightclub goers in Macao. On the night of 18th November 2019, one of the involved teenagers was found by the personnel of the Judiciary Police at a hotel in the central district. Actions were taken immediately. 20.82 grams of cocaine, valued at around HKD66,000, and suspected drug funds equivalent to approximately MOP45,000, were seized from him and at the hotel room he rented. Another involved teenager was also arrested.
One of the arrested teenagers confessed to have been hired by a Hong Kong drug trafficking syndicate for a daily wage of HKD2,000. On the pretext of equal sharing of his remuneration, he lured another involved teenager to traffic drugs with him in Macao together, and they had trafficked drugs for more than ten times in total by the time they were arrested. After conducting urine drug tests on the duo, one of the involved teenagers tested positive for drugs. The Judiciary Police transferred the duo to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances respectively, while continued to pursue the origin of the drugs.
Resolvido um caso de tráfico de estupefacientes e detidos dois jovens de Hong Kong
A Polícia Judiciária recebeu informações indicando que uma rede de narcotráfico teria mandado dois jovens da região vizinha a vender droga aos frequentadores de estabelecimentos nocturnos em Macau. Na noite de 18 de Novembro de 2019, os nossos agentes descobriram, num hotel da zona central, um dos suspeitos e entraram de imediato em acção. Foram apreendidos, na sua posse e no hotel onde se alojava, 20,82 gramas de cocaína no valor de cerca de 66.000 HK$ e um valor correspondente a cerca de 45.000 patacas que se suspeita tratar-se do dinheiro envolvido no tráfico, foi também detido um outro jovem.
Um dos jovens detidos admitiu ter trabalhado para o grupo de narcotráfico auferindo diariamente 2.000 HK$ e disse ter convencido o outro a vender a droga com ele no território dando-lhe metade da recompensa. Revelou ainda que tinha vendido droga, antes da detenção, em mais de 10 ocasiões. Confirmou-se que um dos jovens apresentava reacções positivas à droga nos testes à urina aos quais foram submetidos. Os dois detidos foram presentes ao Ministério Público por tráfico e consumo ilícitos de estupefacientes e substâncias psicotrópicas. A PJ continua à procura da proveniência da droga.
