“雷霆2019”行動——巡查非法旅館
在警察總局統籌下，本局於2019年11月14日執行“雷霆2019”反罪惡巡查行動，派出16名刑事偵查員前往氹仔區進行針對懷疑非法旅館的巡查。
行動中在一個懷疑用作經營非法旅館的單位內查獲六名內地居民住客（一男五女），經對之進行調查及完成身份認別程序後准予離開。本局將上述懷疑非法旅館情況轉介旅遊局跟進，旅遊局調查後證實上述單位並非用作經營非法旅館。
另外，本局人員根據舉報前往另一個懷疑用作經營非法旅館之單位調查，沒有發現該單位有任何涉及非法旅館的情況。
Operation “Thunderbolt 2019” – patrolling illegal hostels
Under the coordination of the Unitary Police Service, the Judiciary Police conducted anti-crime patrol operation “Thunderbolt 2019” on 14th November 2019, deploying 16 criminal investigators to conduct patrol against suspected illegal hostels in the Taipa district.
During the operation, 6 mainland guests (1 man and 5 women) were intercepted in an apartment suspected to be operating as illegal hostel, who were allowed to leave after investigation and completion of the identity verification procedures. The Judiciary Police referred the incident of the abovementioned suspected illegal hostel to the Macao Government Tourism Office for follow-up, which confirmed that the abovementioned apartment was not used to operate illegal hostel after investigation.
In addition, based on a tip-off, the personnel of the Judiciary Police proceeded to another apartment suspected to be operating as illegal hostel for investigation, yet no sign involving illegal hostel was found in the apartment.
Operação anti-crime – Rusgas em pensões ilegais
Com a coordenação dos Serviços de Polícia Unitários, no dia 14 de Novembro, enviámos 16 agentes à Taipa para realizar operações anti-crime, onde efectuámos rusgas em alegadas pensões ilegais.
Nesta operação foram interceptados, num apartamento que estaria a ser usado como pensão ilegal, 6 moradores (1 homem e 5 mulheres), todos da RPC, os quais, após o processo de investigação e de identificação obtiveram autorização para sair. O caso da alegada pensão ilegal foi encaminhado para a Direcção dos Serviços de Turismo e aquele organismo apurou que o apartamento em causa não foi usado para exercer actividades ilegais.
A par disso, segundo uma queixa o nosso pessoal deslocou-se a um outro apartamento que supostamente estaria a ser usado como pensão ilegal, porém não foi encontrada qualquer irregularidade.
