四男女涉販吸毒被拘
本局早前接獲情報，指有內地販毒集團指派一名本澳男子在高士德區向活躍夜場人士販賣毒品，經調查後掌握其外貌特徵。
2019年11月12日，本局人員到高士德區進行部署，直至翌日凌晨發現目標男子駕車馳至賈伯樂提督街某大廈後下車入內，不久再驅車前往筷子基海灣南街；本局人員見時機成熟，隨即上前截查，先後在車上、上述大廈入口處搜獲10.38克“冰”毒、32.48克可卡因；再根據線索在青洲區某大廈外拘捕其同伙及一名毒品買家，並搜出合共1.83克可卡因。本局人員在上述住宅單位拘獲曾涉嫌吸毒的女友，又在同伙位於下環街的住所搜出合共約重14.58克的“冰”毒、約重15.17克的可卡因、約重31.17克的氯胺酮。行動中共搜獲的毒品約值27.6萬澳門元。
涉案男子承認約三個月前因財困而協助內地販毒集團在本澳販毒，每出售一小包毒品可獲50澳門元報酬，其與同伙男子至被捕時分別獲利約五萬澳門元；本局依法對四名涉案男女的尿液進行毒品成分檢測，結果顯示其中三人對毒品呈陽性反應。本局分別以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物、較輕的生產和販賣、醉酒駕駛或受麻醉品或精神科物質影響下駕駛等四罪將四名涉案男女移送檢察院偵訊，並追查其餘涉案人士及毒品來源。
4 persons arrested for drug trafficking and drug taking
The Judiciary Police was tipped off earlier that a mainland drug trafficking syndicate had instructed a local man to sell drugs to active nightclub goers around the Horta e Costa district. His physical features were learned after investigation.
On 12th November 2019, personnel of the Judiciary Police were deployed to the Horta e Costa district. On the wee hours of the next day, the targeted man was found driving to and entered a building on Rua do Almirante Costa Cabral, soon after that he drove to Rua de Bacia Sul in the Fai Chi Kei district. The personnel of the Judiciary Police proceeded to intercept him at an opportune time and seized 10.38 grams of the drug “ice” and 32.48 grams of cocaine in the car and at the entrances of the aforementioned buildings consecutively. A lead had also led to the arrest of his accomplice and a drug buyer out of a building in the Ilha Verde district with 1.83 grams of cocaine seized. Personnel of the Judiciary Police arrested his girlfriend who was suspected of drug-taking in the aforementioned residential apartment and seized around 14.58 grams of the drug “ice”, around 15.17 grams of cocaine and around 31.17 grams of ketamine in the accomplice’s residence located at Rua da Praia do Manduco. The drugs seized in the operation were worth a total of MOP 276,000 approximately.
The involved man admitted that he commenced to sell drugs for the mainland drug-trafficking syndicate around three months ago due to financial difficulty for a reward of MOP 50 for selling each small pack of drugs. He and his accomplice had each gained around MOP 50,000 when arrested. Urine drug tests conducted on the four involved individuals in accordance with the law yielded positive examination results in three of them. The Judiciary Police transferred the 4 involved individuals to the Public Prosecutions Office for the four offences of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, minor production and trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, drink-driving or driving under the influence of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances while continued to pursue the other involved persons and the origin of the drugs.

A PJ recebeu informações dizendo que um grupo de narcotráfico da China continental teria mandado um homem de Macau para vender droga na zona da Horta e Costa aos frequentadores de estabelecimentos nocturnos, tendo conseguidoa identificá-lo.
No dia 12 de Novembro de 2019, os nossos agentes prepararam a intervenção naquela zona e, na madrugada seguinte, viram que o homem estava a conduzir e saiu do carro à frente de um prédio sito na Rua do Almirante Costa Cabral, entrou num prédio e depois voltou a dirigir o carro para a Rua da Bacia Sul no Fai Chi Kei, onde os agentes, numa ocasião oportuna, imobilizaram-no e apreenderam, respectivamente, dentro do veículo e na entrada do prédio, 10,38 gramas de “ice” e 32,48 gramas de cocaína. Também conseguiram, seguindo as informações, deter o seu cúmplice e um comprador em frente a um edifício da Ilha Verde, na posse deles foram encontrados 1,83 gramas de cocaína. De seguida, num apartamento do edifício acima referido foi detida a namorada do homem que tinha supostamente consumido a droga, enquanto foram encontrados, na residência do cúmplice, na Rua da Praia do Manduco, 14,58 gramas de “ice”, 15,17 gramas de cocaína e 31,17 gramas de quetamina. A droga apreendida nesta operação vale cerca de 276 mil patacas.
O homem admitiu estar a trabalhar, há três meses, para a rede do continente por ter dificuldades financeiras, e disse que iria receber 50 patacas por saquinho de droga vendido. Este e o seu cúmplice, até ao momento de serem detidos, ganharam, respectivamente, por volta de 50.000 patacas. A PJ procedeu, nos termos da lei, ao teste à urina dos detidos, três dos quais apresentaram reacções positivas em relação à droga. Os quatro indivíduos foram presentes ao MP, respectivamente, por tráfico e consumo de estupefacientes, produção e tráfico de menor gravidade e condução sob influência de estupefacientes ou substâncias psicotrópicas, enquanto continuamos a tentar localizar outros suspeitos e investigar a origem da droga.
