內地男子涉傷人落網
2019年11月12日，治安警察局轉交本局一宗傷人案。本局調查後發現案中內地事主及涉案男子先後租住中區某非法旅館，雙方認識後經常結伴賭博；11月11日晚上，涉案男子向事主借款一萬港元賭博，輸清後再向事主借取1.5萬港元贖回之前押當的手錶，並應允將手錶押予事主，但當其取得手錶後卻拒絕交給事主，兩人因而發生口角及推撞，返回旅館後涉案男子更以菜刀砍傷事主，事主負傷離開，在其他住客協助下報警求助。
涉案男子否認襲擊事主，但本局根據調查所得，以加重傷害身體完整性罪、禁用武器及爆炸性物質罪將涉案男子移送檢察院處理。
Mainland man arrested for assault
The Public Security Police Force referred an assault case to the Judiciary Police on 12th November 2019. Investigation revealed that the mainland victim and the involved man of this case had successively rented an illegal hostel in the Central district. Having known each other, the duo often gambled together. On the night of November 11th, the involved man borrowed HKD10,000 from the victim for gambling yet was all gambled away. He then further asked for HKD15,000 from the victim in order to redeem his previously pawned watch, and promised to pawn it to the victim instead. However, he refused to hand in his watch to the victim after he had got it back, thus the duo started quarrelling and pushing each other. When they were back to the hostel, the involved man even took a kitchen knife to slash the victim. The wounded victim left the scene and, aided by the other roommates, called the police for assistance.
The involved man denied to have attacked the victim. Nevertheless, due to the investigation results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charges of aggravated harm to bodily integrity, and banned weapons and explosive substances.
Detido um homem do continente por ofensas à integridade física
No dia 12 de Novembro, recebemos da PSP um caso de ofensas à integridade física. Depois da investigação apurámos que a vítima, do continente, e o homem envolvido estavam hospedados numa pensão ilegal, na zona central, os dois depois de se terem tornados amigos foram ao casino juntos. Na noite de 11 de Novembro, o envolvido pediu 10.000 HK$ emprestados à vítima, para jogar no casino, depois de ter perdido todo esse dinheiro pediu mais 15.000 HKD para recuperar o relógio penhorado, prometendo entregar o relógio à vítima como objecto penhorado. Mas uma vez recuperado o relógio recusou entregá-lo à vítima, como tinha prometido, por esse motivo os dois começaram a discutir e empurrar-se um ao outro, e quando chegaram à pensão, o envolvido atacou o outro com um cutelo, a vítima fugiu do local com ferimentos e com a ajuda dos hóspedes chamou a polícia.
O detido negou ter atacado a vítima, mas com base nos resultados da investigação foi presente ao MP acusado de ofensas à integridade física qualificada e de posse de armas proibidas.
