“雷霆2019”行動——搗破非法旅館
在警察總局統籌下，本局於2019年11月12日執行“雷霆2019”反罪惡巡查行動，派出27名刑事偵查員前往氹仔區進行針對懷疑非法旅館的巡查，以淨化社區治安。
行動中，本局人員在兩個用作經營非法旅館的單位內合共查獲29名內地住客（12男17女），經調查及完成身份認別程序後，發現兩名女子分別涉及非法再入境及逾期逗留，故將兩人分別移送檢察院及治安警察局出入境管制廳跟進處理；其餘27人則獲准離開。本局亦向旅遊局通報了相關單位的違法情況。
Operation “Thunderbolt 2019” – Busting illegal guesthouses
To enhance the law and order in the community, under the coordination of the Unitary Police Service, the Judiciary Police executed the anti-crime patrol operation “Thunderbolt 2019” on 12th November 2019. 27 criminal investigators were dispatched to carry out patrols targeting suspected illegal guesthouses in the Taipa district.
A total of 29 mainland guests (12 men and 17 women) were seized by the personnel of the Judiciary Police inside two units used to run illegal guesthouses in the operation. After investigation and completion of identification verification procedures, two women were found to be involved in illegal re-entry and overstaying respectively. Thus, the duo was transferred separately to the Public Prosecutions Office and the Border Control Department of the Public Security Police Force for follow-up handling, whilst the remaining 27 individuals were allowed to leave. The Judiciary Police had also notified the Macao Government Tourism Office of the illegalities of the relevant units.
Operação “Trovoada 2019” – Desmantelamento de pensões ilegais
Com a coordenação dos Serviços de Polícia Unitários e para manter a cidade segura, no dia 12 de Novembro de 2019, enviámos 27 agentes à Taipa para realizar acções no âmbito da operação “Trovoada 2019”, nomeadamente rusgas a alegadas pensões legais.
Nesta operação foram descobertos dois apartamentos supostamente usados como pensão ilegal, onde foram interceptados 29 indivíduos (12 homens e 17 mulheres), todos do continente. No processo de investigação e de identificação, apurámos que 2 mulheres estavam, respectivamente, em situação de reentrada ilegal e de excesso de permanência, sendo por isso encaminhadas ao MP e ao Departamento de Controlo Fronteiriço do CPSP para procedimentos posteriores; e os restantes 27 indivíduos foram autorizados a sair. Por outro lado, comunicámos à Direcção dos Serviços de Turismo a situação ilícita dos apartamentos em causa.
