偵破販毒案 拘兩名香港青年
本局早前接獲情報，指一個香港販毒集團指派兩名香港男女來澳向活躍夜場人士販毒，經調查後掌握兩人的外貌特徵及租住酒店。
2019年11月11日晚上，本局人員在中區作進一步調查期間發現兩名涉案青年，隨即採取行動，在兩人身上及酒店房間搜出24.51克可卡因、18,600港元和3,500澳門元懷疑毒資，以及大量分拆毒品工具。
據查，兩名涉案男女為情侶關係，均有吸毒習慣，涉案男子以日薪3,000港元受僱於香港販毒集團，至被捕時共販毒20多次；涉案女子則陪同涉案男子販毒，並協助分拆毒品及保管毒資。本局以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪將兩人移送檢察院處理，並繼續追緝相關人士。
Drug trafficking case cracked with two Hong Kong juveniles apprehended
The Judiciary Police received intelligence earlier that a Hong Kong drug trafficking syndicate had assigned a man and a woman from Hong Kong to traffic drugs to active nightclub goers in Macao. The duo’s facial features and their rented hotel were identified after our investigation.
On the night of 11th November 2019, while the Judiciary Police personnel were conducting further investigation at the Central District, the two involved juveniles were discovered, thus actions were taken forthwith. A total of 24.51 grams of cocaine, HKD18,600 and MOP3,500 of suspected drug proceeds, as well as a huge quantity of drug packaging tools were seized on them and in their guestroom.
Investigation revealed that the two involved persons were lovers and both have drug taking habit. The involved man was recruited by a Hong Kong drug trafficking syndicate with a daily wage of HKD3,000. He had trafficked drugs for over 20 occasions until he was apprehended. Whilst, the involved woman accompanied the involved man to traffic drugs and assisted in drug packaging as well as keeping the drug proceeds. The Judiciary Police transferred the duo to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charges of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, and illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, while continuing to pursue the other involved persons.
Resolvido um caso de tráfico de droga que envolve dois jovens de HK
Recebemos informações que indicavam haver dois indivíduos enviados por uma rede de tráfico de droga de HK, um homem e uma mulher, para traficar droga em Macau, vendendo substâncias aos frequentadores de estabelecimentos nocturnos. Na investigação conseguimos identificar essas duas pessoas que foram localizadas num hotel.
Na noite de 11 de Novembro de 2019, o nosso pessoal deteve esses dois jovens na zona do Centro, na posse dos dois e no quarto de hotel dele foram apreendidos 24,51 gramas de cocaína, 18.600 HKD e 3.500 patacas, dinheiro supostamente proveniente das actividades de tráfico de droga, e diversos instrumentos para subdivisão da droga.
Na investigação ficou apurado que os dois são namorados, ambos têm o hábito de consumir de droga, o homem trabalhava para a rede de tráfico de droga de HK recebendo 3.000 HKD por dia, admitiu que antes da detenção tinha vendido mais de 20 encomendas; a mulher fazia-lhe companhia, ajudava na subdivisão das doses e tomava conta do dinheiro. Os dois detidos foram presentes ao MP acusados de tráfico e consumo ilícito de droga. A PJ continua à procura de outras possíveis pessoas envolvidas.
