“雷霆2019”行動——巡查路氹城區金光大道娛樂場及氹仔區懷疑非法旅館

本局在警察總局統籌下於2019年11月10日繼續“雷霆2019”反罪惡巡查行動,分別派出兩隊刑事偵查員前往娛樂場及懷疑經營非法旅館的單位進行巡查。
本局在當日下午派出16名刑事偵查員,前往氹仔區進行針對非法旅館的巡查,並在兩個用作經營非法旅館的單位合共查獲15名內地人(七男八女),經調查及完成身份認別程序後,上述15人獲准離開,本局另將相關住宅單位的情況通報旅遊局處理。
同日晚上,本局派出42名刑事偵查員,前往路氹城區金光大道娛樂場及周邊一帶進行巡查。行動中合共截查了118人(89男29女),當中2男10女內地人涉及非法兌換貨幣活動(俗稱“換錢黨”)而被帶返本局作進一步調查;本局對上述12名內地人進行身份認別程序後,將之移送治安警察局出入境管制廳處理。
Operation “Thunderbolt 2019” – Patrolling casinos in the Cotai Strip and suspected illegal guesthouse in the Taipa district

Under the coordination of the Unitary Police Service, the Judiciary Police continued to conduct the anti-crime patrol operation “Thunderbolt 2019” on 10th November 2019. Two squads of criminal investigators were dispatched to carry out patrols at the casinos and units suspected to be illegal guesthouses respectively.
On the afternoon of that day, the Judiciary Police dispatched 16 criminal investigators to carry out patrols targeting illegal guesthouses in the Taipa district. A total of 15 mainlanders (7 men and 8 women) were seized at the two units suspected to have been operating as illegal guesthouses. After investigation and completion of identification verification procedures, the aforesaid 15 individuals were allowed to leave. The Judiciary Police then notified the Macao Government Tourism Office of the situation of the relevant residential units for handling.
On the night of the same day, the Judiciary Police dispatched 42 criminal investigators to carry out patrols at the casinos along the Cotai Strip and their peripheries. In this operation, a total of 118 individuals (89 men and 29 women) were intercepted. Among these individuals, 2 male and 10 female mainlanders, who were involved in illegal currency exchange activities (commonly known as “currency exchange gangs”), were brought back to the Judiciary Police for further investigation. Upon completion of the identity verification procedures, the Judiciary Police transferred the abovementioned 12 mainlanders to the Border Control Department of the Public Security Police Force for processing.
Operação “Trovoada 2019” – rusgas em casinos do Cotai e em pensões ilegais na Taipa

Com a coordenação dos SPU, a PJ continuou a efectuar, no dia 10 de Novembro de 2019, rusgas no âmbito da operação “Trovoada 2019”, na qual duas equipas de investigadores criminais estiveram empenhadas em casinos e em pensões supostamente ilegais.
Naquela tarde, 16 investigadores foram mobilizados para realizar rusgas em pensões da Taipa, em dois apartamentos usados como pensões ilegais foram encontrados 7 homens e 8 mulheres da China continental, foi-lhes permitido sair após concluída a averiguação e identificação. A par disso, a PJ comunicou os factos à Direcção dos Serviços de Turismo para acompanhar o caso.
Na noite, foram enviados 42 investigadores para efectuar rusgas nos casinos do Cotai e nos seus arredores. Na operação foram identificados 89 homens e 29 mulheres, dos quais 2 homens e 10 mulheres, todos da China continental, foram levados às instalações da PJ por envolvimento em câmbio ilegal (“burlões da troca de dinheiro”), e transferidos para o Departamento de Controlo Fronteiriço do CPSP depois do procedimento da identificação.
