“雷霆2019”行動——查獲非法旅館
在警察總局統籌下，本局持續淨化社區治安，於2019年11月9日繼續“雷霆2019”行動，派出16名刑事偵查員前往氹仔區進行針對懷疑非法旅館的巡查。
行動中在兩個懷疑用作經營非法旅館的單位查獲12名內地人（九男三女)，經調查及完成身份認別程序後發現其中一名內地男子從事“扒仔”活動，隨即將之送交治安警察局處理；其餘11人經調查後准予離開，本局亦將非法旅館情況通報旅遊局處理。
Operation “Thunderbolt 2019” – illegal hostels tracked down
To continue with the enhancement of law and order in the community, the Judiciary Police, under the coordination of the Unitary Police Service, continued Operation “Thunderbolt 2019” on 9th November 2019, deploying 16 criminal investigators to conduct patrol targetting suspected illegal hostels in the Taipa district.
During the operation, 12 mainlanders (9 men and 3 women) were intercepted in 2 apartments suspected to be operating as illegal hostels. After investigation and completion of the identity verification procedures, one of the mainland men was found to be engaging in “tip hustling” activities and was immediately transferred to the Public Security Police Force for handling. The remaining 11 individuals were allowed to leave after investigation. The Judiciary Police had also reported the incident of the illegal hostels to the Macao Government Tourism Office for handling.

Para continuar a optimizar a segurança na comunidade, com a coordenação dos Serviços de Polícia Unitários, a Polícia Judiciária efectuou, em 9 de Novembro de 2019, uma rusga no âmbito da Operação “Trovoada 2019”, na qual 16 investigadores criminais deslocaram-se a alegadas pensões ilegais na Taipa.
Nesta acção, nos dois apartamentos que se suspeitava serem pensões ilegais, foram identificados 12 indivíduos da China continental (9 homens e 3 mulheres), destes 1 homem da China foi encaminhado para o CPSP pela prática da actividade de pedinte nos casinos, facto verificado na investigação e identificação, sendo que as restantes 11 pessoas saíram após a autorização e investigação. O caso, pela sua natureza ligada a pensão ilegal, foi comunicado à Direcção dos Serviços de Turismo.
