本澳男子涉加重詐騙被拘
本局於2019年4月至8月期間合共接獲七名市民報案，懷疑被人藉網購詐騙合共11,400澳門元。
本局調查後鎖定一名本澳男子涉案，其涉嫌在網上討論區以低於市場價格代訂吸塵機及知名遊樂園門券作招徠，誘騙事主將款項存入某銀行帳戶後便失去聯絡。本局於10月24日在涉案男子的住所將其拘捕，並在其手機內搜獲相關收款記錄。
涉案男子承認因無業及生活拮据而犯案，並已花光詐騙所得，本局以加重詐騙罪將之送交檢察院偵辦。
Local man arrested for aggravated fraud
The Judiciary Police received reports from a total of 7 residents between April and August 2019, who were suspected to have been defrauded of a total of MOP 11,400 on the pretext of online shopping.
An involved local man was identified after investigation. He was suspected of using the gimmick of ordering vacuum cleaners and admission tickets of famous amusement parks at lower than market prices on an Internet forum, but lost contact after luring the victims into depositing money into a bank account. On October 24th, the Judiciary Police arrested the involved man in his residence, and found the record of receiving the related amounts in his mobile phone.
The involved man admitted that he had committed the crime due to unemployment and short of money, and the proceeds had all been spent. The Judiciary Police transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of aggravated fraud.
Detido um residente por burla qualificada
A PJ recebeu várias queixas, entre Abril e Agosto de 2019, vindas de sete cidadãos de Macau indicando que foram burlados num total de 11.400 patacas em compras online.
Na investigação, a PJ conseguiu identificar um indivíduo local que fazia publicidade em fórum online para comprar aspiradores e bilhetes de parques temáticos com preço convidativos. As vítimas perderam o contacto com o indivíduo depois de terem depositado dinheiro na conta bancária indicada. A PJ deteve o indivíduo na sua residência no dia 24 de Outubro e verificou no seu telemóvel os registos de recepção do dinheiro.
O homem admitiu ter cometido o crime por ter dificuldades económicas devido ao desemprego e disse que o dinheiro burlado foi todo gasto. O detido foi presente ao MP por burla qualificada.
