澳珠警方首破經跨境工地偷運人蛇案 共拘九人
本局早前接獲情報，指有犯罪集團利用鴨涌馬路某建築地盤偷運人蛇進出本澳，隨即透過情報聯絡機制與珠海巿公安局展開聯合偵查。
2019年10月22日晚上，本局與珠海市公安局同步採取行動，本局在上述工地外拘捕一名內地犯罪集團成員，並查獲三名偷渡入境的內地男子和一名準備偷渡出境的內地女子；珠海市公安局則拘捕四名內地居民，當中包括集團主腦。調查發現，犯罪集團運作約一個多月，收取每人1.6至2.8萬元人民幣不等的偷渡費，犯罪集團成員將偷渡者喬裝為地盤工人並經地盤進出本澳。
本局對上述在澳被捕的內地犯罪集團成員控以犯罪集團罪和協助罪，並連同四名非法入境者一併移送檢察院偵辦。
The police of Macao and Zhuhai bust the first case of human smuggling via a cross-border construction site, arresting nine persons
Receiving intelligence earlier that a criminal syndicate had exploited a construction site on Estrada do Canal dos Patos to smuggle illegal immigrants into and out of Macao, the Judiciary Police promptly launched joint investigation with Zhuhai Public Security Bureau through the intelligence communication mechanism.
The Judiciary Police and Zhuhai Public Security Bureau took action simultaneously on the night of 22nd October 2019. The Judiciary Police arrested a member of a mainland Chinese criminal syndicate outside the said construction site, seizing three male illegal immigrants and a mainland Chinese woman who was about to exit Macao illegally; the Zhuhai Public Security Bureau arrested four Chinese mainlanders, including the mastermind of the syndicate. Investigation revealed that the criminal syndicate had been operating for over a month, charging a smuggling fee ranging from RMB 16,000 to 28,000 per person. The criminal syndicate members would then disguise the illegal immigrants as construction workers to smuggle them into and out of Macao via the construction site.
The mainland Chinese criminal syndicate members arrested in Macao were transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office, along with the four illegal immigrants, for the charges of criminal syndicate and assistance.
Polícias de Macau e Zhuhai desmantelam primeiro grupo de imigração ilegal que usava uma obra de construção transfronteiriça e detêm nove pessoas
A PJ recebeu informações indicando que um grupo criminoso estava a aproveitar duma obra de construção situada na Estrada do Canal dos Patos para fazer entrar imigrantes ilegais em Macau, assim, iniciou a investigação com a Directoria Municipal de Segurança Pública de Zhuhai através do mecanismo de ligação das informações.
Na noite de 22 de Outubro de 2019, as duas polícias entraram em acção ao mesmo tempo, a PJ deteve um membro do grupo naquela obra de construção, três imigrantes ilegais da China continental, e uma imigrante ilegal também da China continental que pretendia voltar para o continente. A Directoria Municipal de Segurança Pública de Zhuhai, por sua vez, deteve quatro residentes da China continental, incluindo o cabecilha do grupo. Na sequência da investigação, apurou-se que este grupo criminoso estava a actuar há cerca de um mês, e que cobrava entre 16.000 e 28.000 RMB para cada imigração ilegal, os imigrantes ilegais faziam-se passar por trabalhadores daquela obra de construção e entravam em Macau.
Os membros do grupo detidos em Macau foram presentes ao MP por associação criminosa e auxílio, juntamente com outros quatro imigrantes ilegais.
