連破兩宗販毒案 共拘三港男
本局根據情報於2019年10月22日晚上連破兩宗販毒案，先後拘捕三名涉案香港青年。
首先，本局人員在中區某酒店附近拘捕一名涉案香港青年，在其身上及租住酒店房間搜獲8.3克可卡因，約值27,400元，以及6,500港元和2,000澳門元懷疑毒資、電子磅和吸食工具。其承認有吸毒習慣，因欠下毒債而被販毒集團以日薪2,500港元招攬來澳販毒，至被捕時共出售約200克可卡因，所得毒資超過12萬港元。
稍後，本局在新口岸區某大廈外截獲兩名涉案香港青年，在其中一人身上及二人租住的酒店房間內搜出12.43克可卡因、2,000港元及400澳門元懷疑毒資，毒品約值41,000澳門元。二人供稱因財困而受販毒集團招攬協助販毒，每人各得1,000港元日薪，至被捕時已售出約30小包可卡因。
本局依法對三名涉案青年的尿液進行毒品成分檢測，其中兩人的結果呈陽性反應。本局分別以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不適當持有器具或設備罪將三名青年移交檢察院偵辦，並繼續追查其他涉案人士。
Busting two drug trafficking cases in a row with a total of three Hong Kong men arrested
The Judiciary Police busted two drug trafficking cases in a row on the night of 22nd October 2019 based on intelligence. Three involved Hong Kong teenagers were arrested in succession.
Personnel of the Judiciary Police arrested an involved Hong Kong teenager near a hotel in the central district in the first place. 8.3 grams of cocaine valued at around 27,400 dollars, suspected drug proceeds of HKD6,500 and MOP2,000, an electronic scale and drug consumption tools were seized from the teenager and at the rented hotel room. The teenager admitted that he had the habit of taking drugs. Due to his drug debts, he was solicited by a drug cartel for a daily wage of HKD2,500 to traffic drugs in Macao. He had sold a total of around 200 grams of cocaine, with drug proceeds exceeding HKD120,000 by the time he was arrested.
Later, the Judiciary Police intercepted two involved Hong Kong teenagers outside a building in the ZAPE district. 12.43 grams of cocaine valued at around MOP41,000, as well as suspected drug proceeds of HKD2,000 and MOP400 were seized from one of the teenagers and inside the rented hotel room of the duo. The duo claimed that they had been solicited by the drug cartel to assist in drug trafficking due to financial problems. Each of them was given a daily wage of HKD1,000. They had already sold around 30 sachets of cocaine by the time they were arrested.
Urine drug tests were conducted on the three involved teenagers in accordance with the law, among which two of them were tested positive to drugs. The Judiciary Police transferred the three teenagers to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, as well as improper possession of utensils or equipment respectively, while continuing to pursue other involved individuals.
Resolvidos dois casos de tráfico de estupefacientes e detidos três indivíduos de Hong Kong
No dia 22 de Outubro de 2019, a PJ conseguiu resolver, com base nas informações recolhidas, dois casos de tráfico de estupefacientes e a deter três jovens da região vizinha.
A detenção do primeiro jovem de Hong Kong deu-se nas proximidades de um hotel da zona central, tendo sido apreendidos, na sua posse e no quarto do hotel onde se alojava, 8,3 gramas de cocaína, que foram avaliados em 27.400 patacas, bem como 6.500 HK$ e 2.000 patacas que se suspeitam tratar-se de dinheiro envolvido no tráfico. Foram apreendidos também uma balança digital e instrumentos para consumo da droga. O detido admitiu ter hábitos de consumo de droga e disse ter sido angariado, devido às dívidas da drogas, por um grupo de narcotráfico recebendo 2.500 HK$ por dia para vender droga em Macau. Revelou ainda que tinha vendido, até ao dia em que foi detido, cerca de 200 gramas de cocaína e obtido mais de 120.000 HK$ provenientes do tráfico.
Os restantes dois jovens também de Hong Kong, por sua vez, foram detidos fora de um edifício na zona do NAPE, tendo sido apreendidos, na posse de um deles e no quarto de hotel por estes arrendado, 12,43 gramas de cocaína, assim como 2.000 HK$ e 400 patacas, suspeitos de estarem ligados ao tráfico. A droga apreendida foi avaliada em cerca de 41.000 patacas. Os dois detidos confessaram ter trabalhado, por ter dificuldades económicas, uma rede no tráfico da droga obtendo diariamente 1.000 HK$. Disseram ainda ter vendido, até à detenção, cerca de 30 saquinhos de cocaína.
Os três detidos apresentaram reacções positivas nos testes à urina aos quais foram submetidos para verificar se havia droga. Assim, foram presentes ao MP por tráfico e consumo ilícitos de estupefacientes e substâncias psicotrópicas, detenção indevida de utensílio e equipamento. A PJ continua à procura dos demais indivíduos envolvidos no tráfico.
