搗破毒品派對拘五名男女
2019年10月22日凌晨，治安警察局向本局轉介一宗毒品案，本局派員調查得悉氹仔區某酒店客房發現懷疑毒品，在酒店保安員協助下在上述酒店截獲五名涉案男女，並在酒店房間內搜出四克“開心粉”、一個沾有懷疑毒品粉末的收納盒和吸毒工具，毒品約值三千澳門元。
據查，五名涉案男女為朋友關係，均有吸毒習慣；其中一人於被捕前一晚透過手機通訊軟件向販毒人士購買可卡因、氯胺酮和“開心粉”等毒品，並與涉案人士一同吸食。本局對五人的尿液進行毒品成分檢測，結果均呈陽性反應。
調查期間，本局揭發其中一名涉案男子向另一名逾期逗留的涉案男子提供住宿，故分別以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不適當持有器具或設備罪、收留罪將五名涉案男女移送檢察院處理。
Drug party busted with five persons under arrest
The Public Security Police Force referred a drug case to the Judiciary Police in the wee hours of 22nd October 2019. Personnel were subsequently dispatched by the Judiciary Police for investigation, which revealed that suspected drugs had been found inside a hotel guestroom in the Taipa district. Five involved individuals were intercepted in the aforesaid hotel with the assistance of the hotel security guards, coupled with the seizure of four grams of “happy powder”, a storage box stained with suspected drug powder and drug paraphernalia inside the hotel guestroom. The drugs were valued at approximately MOP3000.
Investigation revealed that the five involved individuals were friends and all had drug-taking habits, while one of whom had bought drugs including cocaine, ketamine and “happy powder” from drug traffickers via mobile messaging app the night before his arrest, and abused the drugs together with the involved individuals. Urine drug test conducted by the Judiciary Police on the five persons yielded positive results for all of them.
During investigation, the Judiciary Police uncovered that one involved man provided shelter to the other involved man who had been overstaying. The five individuals were therefore transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, improper possession of utensils or equipment, and provision of shelter respectively.
Descoberta uma festa com droga e detidas 5 pessoas
Na madrugada de 22 de Outubro de 2019, o CPSP transferiu um caso de droga à PJ, depois de ter enviados agentes ao local para investigação, apurou-se que tinha sido encontrada droga num quarto de um hotel. Com a ajuda da segurança do hotel, foram detidos os cinco suspeitos. Durante a busca realizada no quarto, foram apreendidos 4 gramas de “happy powder”, um recipiente e alguns instrumentos com droga em pó. A droga apreendida foi avaliada em cerca de 3 mil patacas.
Apurou-se que os cinco detidos são amigos e todos viciados em droga, um dos quais, na noite anterios à detenção, comprou cocaína, quetamina e “happy powder” através duma aplicação de telemóvel, e consumiu as drogas com os restantes indivíduos em causa. Foram todos submetidos aos testes da urina e foi confirmado que todos apresentavam reacções positivas à droga.
Durante a investigação descobriu-se ainda que um dos detidos deu alojamento a outro detido que estava em Macau com visto caducado. Os cinco detidos foram presentes ao Ministério Público por tráfico e consumo ilícitos de estupefacientes e substâncias psicotrópicas, detenção indevida de utensílio e equipamento e acolhimento.
