男子涉飛機盜竊及濫用信用卡被捕
2019年7月13日，一名內地旅客到本局報案，稱從寧波飛抵澳門途中失竊現金7,000港元及信用卡，且其信用卡在本澳被盜用兩次，其中一次損失600澳門元。本局調查信用卡交易資料、監控記錄及相關航班資料，鎖定兩名男子涉案。
2019年10月19日，本案中一名涉案內地男子於澳門機場再次入境時落網。本局人員從涉案人隨身物品中搜出41,000港元及多種外幣，包括美元、歐元、馬來西亞元、印尼盾、人民幣及澳門元，又搜出數個黑色塑料袋，疑用於機上盛載和隱藏贓物，以便隨後再伺機取走。本局以加重盜竊罪和濫用信用卡罪將其移交檢察院偵辦，並追查在逃人士下落。
Man arrested for involvement in theft on aircraft and abuse of credit card
On 13th July 2019, a mainland tourist came to the Judiciary Police to file a complaint, claiming that his HKD7,000 in cash and credit card had been stolen during his flight from Ningbo to Macao. In addition, his credit card had been misappropriated twice in Macao and he suffered a loss of MOP600 in one of the transactions. The Judiciary Police investigated the transaction details of the credit card, surveillance records and relevant flight information, and identified two men involved in the case.
On 19th October 2019, one of the involved mainland men of this case was nabbed as he entered Macao again via the Macau International Airport. Personnel of the Judiciary Police seized HKD41,000 and several foreign currencies, including US dollars, euros, Malaysian dollars, Indonesian rupiahs, renminbi and Macau patacas from the involved man’s belongings. In addition, several black plastic bags were also seized. It was suspected that the bags were used to carry and hide stolen goods on board, facilitating subsequent retrieval at an opportune moment. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of aggravated theft and abuse of credit card, while pursuing the whereabouts of the person at large.
Detido um homem por furto no avião e abuso de cartão de crédito
Em 13 de Julho de 2019, a PJ recebeu uma denúncia feita por um turista da China continental, dizendo que foram-lhe furtador 7.000 HKD em numerário e cartões de crédito durante o voo Ningbo-Macau, estes cartões tinham sido ainda utilizados por duas vezes por alguém em Macau, sofrendo um prejuízo de 600 patacas. Após analisar as informações relativas às transacções feitas com os cartões de crédito, das gravações e das informações acerca dos voos, conseguimos identificar dois suspeitos.
Em 19 de Outubro de 2019, foi interceptado um deles no Aeroporto Internacional de Macau um suspeito, da China continental, quando reentrava em Macau. O nosso pessoal encontrou na sua posse 41.000 HKD e várias notas estrangeiras inclusive USD, Euros, Ringgit da Malásia, Rupias indonésias, RMB e Patacas. Foram ainda encontrados vários sacos plásticos pretos que eram supostamente usados para receber e esconder os objectos furtados, ficando a aguardar a oportunidade para serem levados para fora. O indivíduo foi presente ao Ministério Público pelos crimes de furto e abuso de cartão de crédito, estando a PJ à procura dos cúmplices.
