內地男涉加重盜竊被捕
2019年10月14日，本局接獲一名內地女子報稱於皇朝區某娛樂場被人盜去約84萬港元財物。
經深入追查，本局人員鎖定一名涉案內地男子之身份，於10月15日在新口岸某娛樂場將之拘捕，在其身上搜獲六萬港元現金懷疑賊贓及手套、電筒等作案工具，涉案男子承認偷渡入境犯案。
據查，上述涉案男子還涉及之前另外五宗同類案件，其在娛樂場內以衣物遮擋竊取正在賭博的賭客之財物，六名事主合共被盜取約值130萬港元的財物。本局以加重盜竊罪將涉案男子移交檢察院偵辦。
Mainland man arrested for aggravated theft
On 14th October 2019, the Judiciary Police received a report from a mainland woman who stated that her properties worth around HKD 840,000 were stolen at a casino in the NAPE area.
After an in-depth investigation, an involved mainland man was identified. On October 15th, he was arrested at a casino in the ZAPE area with suspected crime proceeds of HKD 60,000 in cash and tools used for the perpetration such as gloves and flashlight found on him. The involved man admitted to have entered Macao illegally to commit the crime.
Investigation revealed that the aforementioned man was involved in 5 other previous cases of the same type. He stole properties from gambling punters by using clothing to conceal his act. Properties worth a total of around HKD 1.3 million had been stolen from 6 victims. The Judiciary Police transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of aggravated theft.
Detido um homem da China continental por furto qualificado
Em 14 de Outubro, a PJ recebeu uma denúncia de uma mulher da China continental dizendo que lhe tinham sido furtados 840.000 HKD num casino do NAPE.
Na sequência da investigação, os nossos agentes conseguiram identificar o suspeito, um homem da China continental, que foi detido em 15 de Outubro num casino da NAPE, na sua posse, foram encontrados, 60.000 HKD em numerário que supostamente faziam parte do dinheiro furtado, um par de luvas, uma lanterna e outros instrumentos. Este confessou ter entrado no território ilegalmente para cometer o crime.
Apurou-se ainda que ele envolvido em outros cinco casos deste género, e que tinha furtado bens de jogadores com o uso de roupas para dissimular as suas acções, o prejuízo das seis vítimas é de cerca de 1,3 milhões de HKD. O detido foi presente ao MP por furto qualificado.
