兩名男子涉販毒被拘
本局根據警務交流及情報分析加強部署打擊毒品犯罪，於2019年10月13日，本局人員對由柬埔寨飛抵本澳的其中一班航機內的兩名中國台灣男子進行監視及截查工作，結果在其中一名男子的大腿內側發現纏有四粒用避孕套和綠色膠紙包裹的毒品海洛因，而另一名男子被盤查期間，承認入境前將毒品棄置於本澳機場洗手間垃圾桶內，故本局人員帶同涉案男子到洗手間搜查，搜獲三粒相同包裝的毒品海洛因。
兩名涉案男子承認受販毒集團指示，由中國台灣飛往柬埔寨金邊收取毒品，並經本澳轉往鄰近地區，事成後每人可各得二千美元報酬。本次搜獲合共約420克毒品海洛因，約值17萬澳門元。
本局以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪將兩名涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Two men apprehended for drug trafficking
Based on policing exchange and intelligence analysis, the Judiciary Police stepped up the deployment on combating drug-related crimes. On 13th October 2019, while conducting surveillance and intercepting work on two men from Taiwan, China in a flight from Cambodia to Macao, the personnel of the Judiciary Police discovered 4 pellets of drug heroine wrapped in condoms and green tape tied to the inner thigh of one of the men. While being interrogated, another man admitted to have tossed out the drugs to the trash bin inside the washroom of Macao International Airport before entering Macao. The personnel of the Judiciary Police thus proceeded to the washroom with the involved man and conducted a search, seizing 3 pellets of drug heroine packed in the same way.
The two involved men admitted to have been instructed by the drug trafficking syndicate, flying from Taiwan, China to Phnom Penh, Cambodia in order to pick up the drugs, and would proceed to the neighbouring regions via Macao, which would gain each of them a reward of USD2,000 if succeeded. A total of 420 grams of drug heroine worth approximately MOP170,000 was seized this time.
The Judiciary Police transferred the two involved men to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances.
Detidos dois homens por tráfico
A PJ tem reforçado o combate ao crime ligado aos estupefacientes através da troca e análise de informações. No dia 13 de Outubro de 2019, os nossos agentes vigilaram e interceptaram dois homens de Taiwan, China que chegaram a Macau num voo vindo do Camboja. Na parte interna da coxa de um dos homens foram encontrados 4 compressas de heroína, embalados com preservativos e fita adesiva verde. Durante a investigação, o outro homem confessou que antes de entrar pelo posto fronteiriço, tinha deitado os estupefacientes num caixote de lixo da casa de banho do aeroporto. Os nossos agentes acompanharam-no até à casa de banho em causa e conseguiram apreender mais 3 compressas de heroína embalados da mesma forma.
Os dois homens confessaram que trabalhavam para uma rede de tráfico, partiram de Taiwan, China para Phnom Penh, no Camboja, para levantar os estupefacientes. Depois apanharam o voo para Macau, a fim de seguirem para as outras regiões vizinhas. Se conseguissem o transporte, poderiam receber, respectivamente, uma remuneração de 2 mil USD. Nesta operação conseguiu-se apreender um total de 420 gramas de heroína, equivalente a cerca de 170 mil patacas.
Os dois foram presentes ao Ministério Público por tráfico ilícito de estupefacientes e substâncias psicotrópicas.
