內地男子涉販毒被拘
本局早前接獲情報，指有香港販毒集團指派一名內地男子到本澳新口岸區夜場販毒，經部署後於2019年10月10日凌晨在該區某酒店大堂將上述男子截獲，在其身上及租住的酒店房間搜獲31.68克可卡因及折合約1.3萬澳門元懷疑毒資，毒品約值10萬澳門元。
涉案男子供稱因欠債及經濟拮据，被販毒集團以日薪1,500港元招攬來澳販毒，其透過手機通訊軟件接收上線指示進行毒品交易，至被捕時已出售約五克可卡因。本局以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追查毒品來源。
Mainland Chinese man arrested for drug trafficking
The Judiciary Police received intelligence earlier that a Hong Kong drug trafficking syndicate had designated a mainland Chinese man to traffic drugs at nightclubs in ZAPE in Macao. Upon deployment, the said man was intercepted at the lobby of a hotel in the neighbourhood in the wee hours on 10th October 2019. 31.68 grams of cocaine and an approximate equivalent of MOP 13,000 of suspected drug proceeds were seized from him and his hotel room. The drug was valued at around MOP 100,000.
The involved man claimed that due to debts and financial difficulties, he had been recruited by the drug trafficking syndicate at a daily wage of HKD 1,500 to traffic drugs in Macao. Receiving instructions from upper level members with a mobile messaging software for conducting drug trade, he had sold around 5 grams of cocaine by the time he was apprehended. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, while continuing to trace the origin of the drugs.
Detido um homem da China continental por tráfico de estupefacientes
A PJ recebeu informações dizendo que uma rede de narcotráfico de Hong Kong teria mandado um homem da China continental a vender droga nos estabelecimentos nocturnos do NAPE. Assim, procedeu-se ao planeamento e conseguiu-se deter, na madrugada de 10 de Outubro de 2019, o indivíduo no átrio de um hotel da referida zona, tendo sido apreendidos, na sua posse e no quarto do hotel onde alojava, 31,68 gramas de cocaína e um valor correspondente a cerca de 13.000 patacas que se suspeita tratar-se do dinheiro envolvido no tráfico. A droga foi avaliada em cerca de 100.000 patacas.
O detido confessou ter sido angariado, auferindo diariamente HK$1.500, pelo referido grupo de narcotráfico a traficar droga em Macau, devido às dívidas e às dificuldades económicas, e disse já ter vendido, antes da detenção, cerca de 5 gramas de cocaína, segia as instruções dos chefes recebidas através de software de telemóvel. O detido foi presente ao Ministério Público por tráfico de estupefacientes e substâncias psicotrópicas. A PJ continua à procura da proveniência da droga.
