葡籍本澳男子藉介紹工作詐騙就逮
2019年3月6日，本局接獲治安警察局轉介一宗詐騙案，一名葡籍本澳男子伙同一名菲律賓籍女子，藉詞向一名不獲公司續約的印度籍保安員介紹月薪12,000澳門元的保安工作，騙取對方7,500澳門元“登記費”；隨後，涉案男子再向事主索取50,000澳門元“手續費”，又展示一副手銬及聲稱為卧底警員，以博取事主信任，卻於收取款項後失去聯絡。
本局調查期間再接獲三名印度籍男子報稱被涉案男子以同類手法詐騙合共135,000澳門元。2019年10月5日，本局在治安警察局協助下於港珠澳大橋澳門口岸截獲涉案男子，並在其住所搜獲一副手銬，以詐騙（巨額）、禁用武器及爆炸性物質、職務之僭越等三罪將涉案男子移送檢察院處理，同時追捕在逃菲律賓籍女子。
Local Portuguese man apprehended for job referral fraud
On 6th March 2019, the Judiciary Police received a fraud case referred by the Public Security Police Force. The case indicated that a local Portuguese man colluded with a Filipina, using the excuse of referring a security job with a monthly salary of MOP12,000 to an Indian security guard, whose employment contract was not renewed by his company, defrauding him MOP7,500 “registration fee”. Afterwards, the involved man further demanded MOP50,000 “handling fee” from the victim, and demonstrated a pair of handcuffs, self-professing as an undercover policeman, so as to gain the victim’s trust. However, he could not be reached after receiving the funds.
During the investigation, the Judiciary Police received more complaints from three Indian men, claiming that the involved man had used similar tricks to defraud them a total of MOP135,000. On 5th October 2019, the Judiciary Police, with the assistance of the Public Security Police Force, intercepted the involved man at the Macao port of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. A pair of handcuffs was seized in his apartment. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office with three charges including fraud (huge amount), prohibited arms and explosive substances and usurpation of duty, whilst continuing to pursue the Filipina at large.

Em 6 de Março de 2019, a PJ recebeu um caso de burla transferida pelo CPSP, um homem indiano, cujo contrato de segurança não foi renovado pela sua empresa, foi burlado por um português e uma mulher filipina, com a oferta de um outro emprego de segurança com salário mensal de 12 mil patacas, os dois cobraram-lhe uma “taxa de inscrição” de 7.500 patacas. Posteriormente, o suspeito exigiu mais 50.000 patacas como “taxa de formalidades” e para ser mais credível, alegou ser um agente infiltrado, exibindo-lhe um par de algemas. Porém, depois de receber o montante, o homem desapareceu.
Durante a investigação, a PJ recebeu mais queixas de três indianos, os quais alegaram ter sido burlados pelo mesmo homem com o mesmo esquema, num prejuízo total de 135.000 patacas. Em 5 de Outubro, com a colaboração do CPSP, o suspeito foi interceptado na fronteira da Ponte Hong Kong-Macau-Zhuhai, na sua residência foi apreendido um par de algemas. O suspeito foi presente ao MP pelos crimes de burla de valor elevado, armas proibidas e usurpação de funções. A PJ continua à procura da suspeita de origem filipina em fuga.
