五男一女涉剝奪他人行動自由被拘
2019年9月30日早上，本局接獲一名女子報案，稱其朋友因被人誤會偷去一枚約值30萬元人民幣的名貴手錶，被非法禁錮於路氹城區某酒店房間內。
本局接報後隨即展開調查，於上述酒店房間內救出案中事主，並拘捕涉案的五男一女內地人，隨後將相關人等帶返本局作進一步調查。
經調查後得悉，被捕六人與事主及其一名友人早前同在新口岸某酒店房間度宿，2019年9月28日早上，一名涉案人聲稱其一枚名貴手錶不翼而飛，懷疑事主串同其友人（當時已離開）盜去，雙方於是一同往警局報案，但在離開警局後，該名涉案人將事主帶到路氹城區某酒店房間內進行禁錮，並與另外四男一女輪流看管，期間涉案人更曾拳毆事主的臉部和身體，聲言要事主設法找到其友人或為失錶作出賠償方可離開。
經訊問，六名涉案人均否認所有指控，但本局人員在調查期間發現六人曾透過手機聊天軟件互傳禁錮事主的相關內容，相信涉案人是以懷疑事主朋友盜竊手錶為由禁錮事主。
本局對六名涉案男女控以剝奪他人行動自由罪及普通傷害身體完整性罪，並移送檢察院偵辦。
Five men and a woman arrested for involvement in deprivation of other’s freedom of movement
On the morning of 30th September 2019, the Judiciary Police received a report from a woman claiming that, her friend, who had been mistaken for stealing a luxury watch valued at around RMB300,000, was imprisoned unlawfully inside a hotel room in the Cotai district.
Upon receipt of the report, the Judiciary Police launched an investigation immediately, and rescued the victim of the case inside the aforesaid hotel room. The involved mainlanders (five men and a woman) were also arrested. Subsequently, relevant persons were brought back to the Judiciary Police for further investigation.
After investigation, it was learnt that, the arrested sextet, the victim and her friend, stayed together at a hotel room in the ZAPE area earlier. On the morning of 28th September 2019, one involved person claimed that his luxury watch was found missing, and suspected that the victim had conspired with her friend (who had left at that time) to steal the watch. Both parties went to a police station together to report the case. Yet, after leaving the police station, that involved person took the victim to a hotel room in the Cotai district where the victim was imprisoned. The involved person, together with the other four men and one woman guarded the victim in turn. During the course, the involved person had even punched the victim’s face and body, and stated that the victim could only leave the room if she tried to find a way to locate her friend or compensated for the lost watch.
After conducting an inquiry, all six involved persons denied all of the allegations. Yet, during investigation, personnel of the Judiciary Police found out that, the sextet had sent messages related to the imprisonment of the victim to one another via mobile messaging app. It was believed that the involved man imprisoned the victim due to suspecting that the victim’s friend had stolen the watch.
The Judiciary Police transferred the six involved individuals to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of deprivation of other’s freedom of movement and common assault causing harm to bodily integrity.

Na manhã de 30 de Setembro, uma mulher fez queixa na PJ, dizendo que um seu amigo teve um mau entendido com outras pessoas que ele teria roubado um relógio de renome, avaliado em aproximadamente 300.000 renminbis, disse ainda, que aquele amigo estava sob sequestro num quarto dum hotel do Cotai.
Iniciada a investigação, conseguimos resgatar o homem do quarto e deter cinco homens e uma mulher, da China continental, os quais foram levados para as nossas instalações.
Apurou-se que os seis suspeitos, o homem e sua amiga estavam hospedados no mesmo quarto de um hotel do ZAPE e, na manhã de 28 de Setembro, um dos detidos alegou que tinha desaparecido o seu relógio de luxo e suspeitou que o homem e a sua amiga o tivessem roubado (a qual já tinha saído naquela altura). De seguida, as duas partes sairam para ir fazer a denúncia na esquadra, no entanto, depois de ter saído daquelas instalações, o proprietário do relógio levou o suspeito do furto para um quarto de um hotel do Cotai, mantendo-o sob controlo, por turnos, com os outros suspeitos, durante este período deram socos na cara e no corpo do homem e afirmado que só poderia sair quando voltasse a amiga ou indemnizasse o prprietário do relógio.
Realizado o interrogatório, os seis detidos negaram as acusações, verificou-se, porém que eles tinham conversas sobre o sequestro através de uma aplicação de chat no telemóvel, chegou-se então à conclusão que o proprietário sequestrou o homem por suspeitar da sua amiga ter furtado o relógio.
As seis pessoas foram presentes ao MP por sequestro e ofensas simples à integridade física.
