男子涉加重盜竊被拘
2019年9月16日，本局接報皇朝區某食店被爆竊，食店大門鎖被毀，店內三萬澳門元現金被盜，經調查後發現屬一名男子所為，並查悉其匿藏於新口岸區某單位。
9月24日，本局人員於涉案內地男子的住處外將其截獲，並在其住所內搜獲作案時所穿的衣服和一頂假髮；經進一步調查，原來該名涉案男子於2019年7月因涉及一宗店舖盜竊案被捕，其後遣返內地及被禁止入境，本次以偷渡方式來澳犯案。本局以加重盜竊罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Man arrested for aggravated theft
On 16th September 2019, the Judiciary Police received a report indicating a burglary took place in an eatery in the ZAPE district. The lock of the main door of the eatery was broken, and MOP 30,000 in cash was stolen from the eatery. Investigation revealed that it was committed by a man who was found hidden in a flat in the NAPE district.
On September 24th, personnel of the Judiciary Police intercepted the involved mainland man outside his residence, in which the clothes and wig worn in the perpetration were found. Further investigation revealed that the involved man was arrested for a case of shoplifting in July 2019, who was then deported to the mainland and was prohibited from entering Macao. He had entered Macao illegally this time and committed the crime. The involved man was transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of aggravated theft.
Homem detido por furto qualificado
Em 16 de Setembro, a PJ recebeu uma queixa sobre um furto ocorrido num restaurante do NAPE, onde se dizia que a fechadura da porta principal tinha sido danificada e três mil patacas que estavam na loja tinha sido furtadas. Na investigação identificou-se um homem e apurou-se que estava escondido num apartamento do ZAPE.
No dia 24, os nossos agentes detiveram o suspeito, da China continental, à porta da sua casa, onde foram encontradas a roupa e a peruca usadas no memento do crime. Na investigação verificou-se que o homem tinha sido acusado de furto em loja, expulso e proibido de reentrar, por isso desta vez tinha entrado em Macau clandestinamente. O detido foi presente ao MP por furto qualificado e crimes cometidos por indivíduos em situação de imigração ilegal.
