澳珠警方聯手瓦解協助偷渡集團 共拘八人
本局早前與珠海市公安局跟進調查一宗協助偷渡案時，發現該內地犯罪集團主腦於內地保釋候審期間，繼續操控集團成員協助內地人偷渡來澳。2019年9月18日晚上，本局人員發現一名集團成員帶同兩名內地男女於外港碼頭附近登岸，隨即將三人截獲，並通報澳門海關進行海上搜捕，截獲駕駛偷渡船隻的涉案內地男子；珠海巿公安局於內地同步採取行動，成功拘捕集團主腦及三名集團成員。
據查，該犯罪集團運作數年，每次作案收取每名偷渡者約1萬至1.8萬元人民幣費用。本局對兩名在本澳被捕的人士控以犯罪集團罪及協助（非法入境）罪，並連同兩名非法入境者一併移送檢察院偵辦。

While the Judiciary Police was conducting follow-up investigation of a case about assisting illegal immigration with the Zhuhai Municipal Public Security Bureau earlier, it was discovered that the mastermind of the mainland criminal syndicate, who was released on bail pending trial in the Mainland, had continued to manipulate the syndicate members to assist mainlanders to smuggle into Macao. On the night of 18th September 2019, the Judiciary Police personnel discovered that a syndicate member was leading two mainland man and woman to disembark in the vicinity of the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal. The three persons were intercepted forthwith, and the Macao Customs was notified to conduct a maritime search, intercepting the involved mainland man who was driving the smuggling boat. The Zhuhai Municipal Public Security Bureau took action simultaneously in the Mainland, arresting the syndicate mastermind and three syndicate members successfully.
Investigation revealed that the criminal syndicate had been operating for several years, receiving around RMB10,000 to 18,000 from each illegal immigrant during perpetration. The two persons arrested in Macao were charged with the offences of criminal syndicate and assisting (illegal entry), and were transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office, together with the two illegal immigrants, for investigation.
Cooperação entre as polícias de Macau e Zhuhai resultou no desmantelamento de uma rede de auxílio à migração e na detenção de 8 pessoas
Na investigação, realizada pela PJ e a Directoria Municipal de Segurança Pública de Zhuhai, de um caso de auxílio à migração clandestina, descobriu-se que o cabecilha daquele grupo, da China continental, no período em que estava livre sob fiança a aguardar julgamento, continuou a manipular os seus elementos para transportar pessoas do continente para Macau. Na noite de 18 de Setembro de 2019, os nossos agentes viram um membro do grupo e dois indivíduos da China continental que desembarcaram na costa próxima do Terminal Marítimo do Porto Exterior, detiveram-nos de imediato e comunicaram aos Serviços de Alfândega para efectuar uma rusga no mar, os quais conseguiram imobilizar o barco onde estava o homem que conduzia. Em simultâneo, a polícia de Zhuhai lançou uma operação que culminou na detenção do cabecilha e três membros da rede.
Apurou-se que esta rede funcionava há vários anos e cobrava aos clientes entre 10 e 18 mil RMB por cada deslocação. Os dois indivíduos, detidos em Macau e acusados da associação criminosa e auxílio à imigração, juntamente com os dois imigrantes ilegais foram presentes ao MP.
