兩名香港青年涉販吸毒落網
本局早前接獲情報指有香港販毒集團指派兩名青年到本澳出售毒品予活躍夜場人士，經調查後掌握兩人的身份。
2019年9月6日凌晨，本局人員在新口岸某酒店截獲其中一名涉案青年，並在其租住房間內查獲另一名涉案青年，搜獲24.16克可卡因、電子磅、分拆毒品工具及1.6萬澳門元懷疑毒資，全部毒品約值八萬澳門元。
兩名涉案青年承認有吸毒習慣，自2019年8月下旬開始受香港販毒集團指使來澳交收及販賣毒品，共收取約一萬港元報酬；經對兩人的尿液進行毒品成分檢測，結果均呈陽性反應。
本局對其中一名涉案青年控以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪，而另一名涉案青年未達刑事歸責年齡，本局將兩人一併移交檢察院處理。
Two Hong Kong teenagers arrested for involvement in drug trafficking and consumption
The Judiciary Police received intelligence earlier which indicated that a Hong Kong drug trafficking syndicate had assigned 2 teenagers to deal drugs to active nightclub patrons in Macao. After investigation, the identities of the duo were confirmed.
In the wee hours of 6th September 2019, the Judiciary Police personnel intercepted one of the involved teenagers at a hotel in the NAPE district. In his rented room, another involved teenager was investigated and captured, while 24.16 grams of cocaine, an electronic scale, drug distribution tools and MOP16,000 suspected drug capital were seized, and all drugs were worth around MOP80,000.
The two involved teenagers admitted drug-taking habits. Since the end of August 2019, they had been assigned by a Hong Kong drug trafficking syndicate to come to Macao to deliver and deal drugs, receiving around a total of HKD10,000 as rewards. Urine drug tests were conducted against the duo, yielding positive results.
The Judiciary Police charged one of the involved teenagers with the offences of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, whereas the other teenager had yet to reach the age of criminal liability. The Judiciary Police transferred the duo to the Public Prosecutions Office together for processing.

A PJ recebeu informações indicando que uma rede de narcotráfico de Hong Kong teria mandado dois jovens para vender droga aos frequentadores de estabelecimentos nocturnos em Macau. Assim, iniciou-se a investigação que conseguiu identificar os dois suspeitos.
Pela madrugada de 6 de Setembro, os agentes detiveram num hotel do ZAPE um dos jovens e encontraram o outro no quarto que alugavam, onde foram apreendidos 24,16 gramas de cocaína, uma balança electrónica, instrumentos para dividir as doses e 16.000 patacas, toda a droga vale aproximadamente 80.000 patacas.
Os jovens admitiram ter o hábito de consumir droga, dizendo que estavam a ser contratados desde finais de Agosto pelo grupo da região vizinha e tinham recebido cerca de 10.000 de HKD como remuneração. A par disso, realizámos o exame de urina nos detidos que resultou positivo.
Um dos detidos foi acusado de tráfico e consumo de estupefacientes e o outro não atinge a idade de imputabilidade penal, os dois foram entregues ao MP.
