“雷霆2019”行動——巡查路氹城區娛樂場及周邊一帶
在警察總局統籌下，本局持續淨化社區治安，於2019年9月5日晚上派出46名刑事偵查員，前往路氹城區的娛樂場及周邊一帶進行“雷霆2019”行動。
行動中合共截查了253人（212男41女），查獲當中19名內地人（8男11女）涉及非法兌換外幣活動，並發現一名男子形跡可疑，本局將該20人帶返本局進一步調查及進行身份認別，隨後將上述19名“換錢黨”移送治安警察局出入境管制廳作適當處理，其餘一名男子經核實身份後未有涉及任何違法或違規行為而獲准離開。
Operation “Thunderbolt 2019” – Patrolling casinos and their peripheries in the Cotai district
To continue enhancing the security of the community, under the coordination of the Unitary Police Service, the Judiciary Police deployed 46 criminal investigators to carry out operation “Thunderbolt 2019” at casinos and their peripheries in the Cotai district on the night of 5th September 2019.
253 persons (212 men and 41 women) were stopped and questioned in the operation; 20 persons, including 19 mainlanders (8 men and 11 women) who were involved in illegal currency exchange activities and a man who acted suspiciously, were brought back to the Judiciary Police for further investigation and identity verification. The 19 aforementioned “money exchange gang members” were then transferred to the Border Control Department of the Public Security Police Force for appropriate handling; while the remaining man was permitted to leave after his identity was verified and was not found to have involved in any illegal or unlawful acts.

Com a coordenação dos SPU, na noite de 5 de Setembro de 2019, 46 investigadores efectuaram rusgas no âmbito da operação “Trovoada 2019” em vários casinos no Cotai e nas suas proximidades.
Nesta acção, foram identificados 212 homens e 41 mulheres, tendo-se verificado que 8 homens e 11 mulher praticavam actividades de câmbio ilegal (“burlões de troca de dinheiro”) e outro homem tinha uma conduta suspeita, todos foram levados à PJ para a identificação. Mais tarde, os 19 “burlões” foram transferidos para o Departamento de Controlo Fronteiriço do CPSP, o outro, após identificado, saiu das instalações por não estar envolvido em nenhuma infracção ou irregularidade.
