香港女子涉販吸毒被拘
本局早前接獲情報指有香港販毒集團指派一名香港女子到本澳皇朝區夜場販毒，經調查後於2019年9月4日凌晨在該區某酒店外將上述女子截獲，在其身上及租住的南灣區某酒店房間搜獲20.56克可卡因、0.53克“冰”毒、12粒“藍精靈”、0.76克海洛因、吸毒工具及4,100港元懷疑毒資，毒品約值七萬澳門元；本局對涉案女子進行尿液檢測，證實其對毒品呈陽性反應。
涉案女子供稱有吸毒習慣，且經濟拮据，因而被販毒團以日薪1,000港元及提供毒品招攬來澳販毒。本局以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不適當持有器具或設備罪將涉案女子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追查毒品來源。
Hong Kong woman arrested for drug trafficking and consumption
The Judiciary Police was tipped off some time ago that a Hong Kong woman had been designated by a Hong Kong drug trafficking syndicate to traffic drugs in the nightclubs located at the NAPE district in Macao. The aforesaid woman was intercepted outside a hotel in that district in the wee hours of 4th September 2019 after investigation. 20.56 grams of cocaine, 0.53 grams of the drug “ice”, 12 tablets of “blue fairy”, 0.76 grams of heroin, drug paraphernalia and HKD4,100 of suspected drug proceeds were seized from her and inside her rented hotel guestroom in the Nam Van district. The drugs were valued at approximately MOP70,000. Urine test conducted by the Judiciary Police on the involved woman confirmed that she was drug-positive.
The involved woman confessed that she had the habit of abusing drugs. Being cash-strapped, she was solicited by the drug trafficking syndicate to traffic drugs in Macao at a daily wage of HKD1,000 with the provision of drugs. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved woman to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, and improper possession of utensils or equipment, while continuing to pursue the origin of the drugs.
Detida uma mulher de Hong Kong por tráfico e consumo de estupefaciente
A PJ recebeu informações indicando que um grupo de tráfico de droga de Hong Kong tinha mandado uma mulher de Hong Kong para vender droga nos estabelecimentos nocturnos do NAPE de Macau. Na sequência da investigação, foi interceptada esta mulher fora de um hotel daquela zona, na madrugada de 4 de Setembro, foram encontrados, na sua posse e num quarto de um hotel na zona de Nam Van onde pernoitava, 20,56 gramas de cocaína, 0,53 gramas de “ice”, 12 comprimidos de “midazolam”, 0,76 gramas de heroína, alguns instrumentos usados no consumo e 4.100 HKD que supostamente viriam da droga, o valor da droga apreendida é de cerca de 70.000 patacas. A detida foi submetida ao teste da urina, cujo resultado foi positivo.
A detida admitiu que, por causa de ter o hábito de consumir e sofrer de problemas financeiros, foi recrutada por este grupo para vender droga em Macau com o salário diário de 1000 HKD. Foi assim presente ao MP por tráfico e consumo ilícitos de droga, bem como detenção indevida de utensílios e equipamentos, a PJ continua à procura da origem desta droga.
